Australia - Warriena Wright, 26, dies in balcony fall, Surfers Paradise, Aug 2014 #10

I still think he may very well have video recorded that night as he has admitted himself he has done so in the past with his dates, it could very well be what he is holding and carrying right out the door with him when he leaves the apartment building via the basement...obviously there was...

I know what is with that??? why on earth "wasn't" there a forensic analysis of the tape??? I mean they are using the tape as evidence in court...why wasn't it forensically analysed???? tt IS relevant, the most relevant part of this whole trial!

so the jury are expected to disregard what he told her, which includes threatening to throw her over the balcony, in a murder trial where someone "went over the balcony and died???" make perfect sense to me! not!!!!! :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I agree it's definately a possibility that he dangled her over the balcony, I actually have a feeling it's what was happening when he was telling her to let go...

I am with you, I simply don't get it. So many things left unanswered. I mean did anyone bloody ask GT what the long thing in his hand is which can be seen in the CCTV footage of him leaving the lift. Simple question, but it seems like a very pertinent one to me. Why also wasn't it...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 10th July - Trial Day 18

Why couldn't they dismiss this juror and put one of the reserve jurors on instead? Wouldn't this mean no risk then for retrial? (mind you I have no idea how the court system works!).

GBC Trial General Discussion Thread #4

I agree! Where are the pj's? They must have been in the house somewhere and if they weren't found why wasn't a bigger deal made about this in court??? If she slept there and changed into walking clothes they would have to be there!
