Okay so I havent been on WS in a longggggg time and feel a little rusty and I am fairly new to this 3 year old case... and im literally just jumping in with a random question that no doubt has already been discussed. My question is that when I have listened to the recordings of " down the hill"...

Could the wave of come suddenly without warning and slammed into them? <modsnip: off topic / different case> I wonder if they can check the mens phone to see if they attempted to send or call ... Maybe signal wasnt working but wouldnt it still show on the records any attempt?

Would there be no time to send a distress text to a wife or someone? Seems if they had even a moment to alert someone they would have.

This confuses me. His body was not identifiable at glance? He could only be identified from fingerprints??? Or thats just something they have to say ? He had tattoos all on his arms... Seems you could look at him once and know ... Does being under water that long make someone unrecognizable?

No I have only seen the one photo and am mostly refering to the comments David Mearns made saying he was very surprised it was all intact and not a debri field -I think there was a torn area near the rear fuselage and although I never read it someone commented it looked like the door was open...

I would of guessed they both put their seatbelts on once the plane was going down??? If it landed and didnt break apart could he of been alive upon hitting water or would it of still been to extremely harsh for anyone to survive - Im having a difficult time comprehending how it landed on water...

Wonder why he used a false name- just didnt want to be acknowledged I guess - kind gesture - not sure how they will go about finding his body if its not in the plane? Or is there speculation it might be inside plane but unseen?

Well one family has closure as of now. So very tragic also for the family that doesnt know where their loved one is. Media will be told who it is at some point.

This one and other reports are saying its possible it wont be brought up - just attempts to bring the body -- I hope thats not true - Mearns has stated it would not be complicated to lift it straight out with the right equipment but its not up to him. Would they not bring it up for money reasons...

Yes it is true you do keep telling me that - I keep trying to find anything or any loophole. Its about to all be revealed anyways and maybe closure-- of course if a body was sent to sea and never to be found - ughhhh !!! The sadness and the games the mind plays to want to believe a fairytale :(

It seems unlikely that they are not both in there but I keep hoping against hope - even irrationally that maybe one survived somehow and is somewhere else .... Its crazy and I know its not rational but the human mind and heart needs proof - I can spin you a tale about theories and possible...

This question is for GraceG - you had said that the Malibu planes do not make cushions with colors only neutral etc... Why wont they dismiss them like they did the other aluminum stuff found? I keep reading that those cushions are more thsn likely from the plane?
