There have always been brilliant updates on here and other forums. I also like to read the opinions as it goes along so really it's not a huge problem.
I'm just so nosey that I like to read the reports in case I missed anything. Ha!

This is how I came to use forums as there is a running commentary here which is super helpful. Where there is a will there is a way!!! Lol
Everything else seemed to appear pretty quickly. I like to read the reports to satisfy myself on what has been said as I can't follow the live proceedings as I can't hear. They don't subtitle these things lol

I was not making a point about the number of years that were given to him but that a sentence for murder should be greater than for a sentence of CH.
I hope that's clear :)
It was indeed a shocking case but I understand that it was downgraded as there was no intention to kill. Therefore the lesser sentence for CH has to be less than that for murder thus reinforcing the premise that a murder charge is more severe and requires harsher punishment.
