At what point do cases go cold and they give up? This is SO depressing. Hopefully they are close to arrest. Maybe it was someone tied to RL somehow and the long arrest helped them get more intel.

Maybe I am ignorant from watching tv shows when cases are always solved, but it still astounds me that this person or people is getting away with murdering 2 girls, especially with the FBI so quickly involved. And with a video/audio from a victim!

I wonder if it is common for killers to read the posts on this site about their crimes as a way of revisiting. If yes, is it possible for police to check who is online here?

Many non-LE and non MSM sources are saying the exact same "rumors," so it's hard to disregard especially now that the killer(s) are getting away with it for so long. IF one girl was killed earlier than the other, that would definitely be a strategy for controlling the 2nd one (be quiet/compliant...

I hope that is true (that they are getting ducks in a row to file charges and have found their man)!

I am so depressed about this case. I can not believe he (or they) is getting away with it thus far. How is that possible, especially with FBI involvement, which one would assume means they have access to latest and greatest detective resources and techniques? We already know they have some...

random thoughts: Has Stroup said anything known to be incorrect so far? Seems unusual to divorce in one's 60's...I wonder why. If BG had a gun, he wouldn't need physical strength to overpower the girls. I just want this guy caught, whoever it is!

<modsnip> I agree it's hard to fathom that it's him. But also, alcohol can bring out the demons.

If it is a white grocery bag, that seems very odd and creepy. And I assume it's already been concluded it's a gun in his right jacket pocket? This evil person needs to be caught ASAP.

How is it possible that no one recognizes this person? I agree with previous posters that LE should release a video that shows his gait. There's got to be a bit more of video or audio they can release to help him get i.d.-ed. This guy needs to be caught!!

I am so upset about this case. This guy is pure evil. I can't believe he's getting away with it thus far. Sorry to post a nothing post, but every day I check here hoping I'm going to see a post saying "Arrest!!!!" and every day I can't believe he's still getting away with it. The abc article...

My coworker said that the husband accidentally said it on tv, like this was well known.

Hello did the husband accidentally say that the branding was "milf"? Then changed it to "metal" chain.

Hi -- newbie here. What a great website! Here's what I'm thinking: Kibby allowed her to leave. If not, he would have freaked out upon finding her missing (tracked her down, left town, etc). If he didn't allow it, her return home wouldn't have been so calm-seeming. So she must have promised...
