This very idea occurred to me this morning. What if BG is already in custody on unrelated charges and LE is just waiting for DNA results to be returned. A hopeful thought, at any rate.

In the last thread or two, someone posted that the FBI was trying to identify the brand of shoe BG was wearing. That gave us something new to scout.

They do look brown in one of the pictures of BG and black, or very dark, in the other.

The shoes stand out to me in this enlargement much more clearly than the face ever did.

Lace-up high-tops, white rubber soles, and something attached to his leg with white elastic. This something shows up on one leg but is hidden under his pant leg on the other. What could it be?

Looks as if they have white, possibly rubber, sole and laces.

I think the shear size of the USA -- 3.8 million square miles -- makes it economically impossible to install security cameras to the extent many other countries do.
