Hannah Graham: Body Recovered, 18 Oct, 2014 **Awaiting Forensic Confirmation** #5

that is true, but part of questioning during a trial puts emphasis on what the evidence provides in tandem with eye-witness testimony. If he said something or made an assumption on something without truly understanding what he was looking at, it could appear like they are not being consistent...

Hannah Graham: Body Recovered, 18 Oct, 2014 **Awaiting Forensic Confirmation** #5

I have a feeling they are trying to simultaneously prepare the charges as they have the I.D. I think they have been strategically holding out details so that when the body is ID'd it will just be the icing on the cake to tie JLM to not only Hannah irrefutably, but connect all of the other dots...

JLM: Morgan Harrington/Fairfax Rape Victim - *Forensic Link* to MH #2

I have wondered the same thing. I think if they had the evidence to press chargers, they would do it. Especially since Hannah could be alive still, if he was charged they could start issuing some sort of plea bargain to get him to give them more information. Just any room for negotiation at this...

Perhaps he is also involved but not directly responsible, but the perp knows his family and has already threatened JM if he talks?

Just another thought.. It seems like JM is close with his family. If he is included along with others, maybe he is afraid to talk because they have threatened to go after them

Quoting myself here.. But as I keep rewatching the more I think what I said could be a possibility. If that is when he started following her, he would hAve deduced in basically two steps she was 'in distress' or half a second she was in distress- that's how much time it took her to walk past him...

WG's behavior also suggests to me he was following her before the initial video clip we saw. She was walking fast and it's not like he stepped forward to see what was going on and then realized she looked distressed- he stepped out with purpose and immediately was following. That makes me...

What are you suggesting here? That he knew her? Just trying to understand. I don't think people buying things outside of their means is at all uncommon so just trying to understand the point exactly

I agree I don't always keep up with the news, but for LM I see this as a matter of hearing about a car accident versus sitting in traffic and the asking.. Is there a car accident? Even if he doesn't watch the news, searches were going on everywhere. I find it hard to believe he would not have...

He did say that. I think the police are insinuating the description was wrong, however, and WG saw LM. it's been brought up there could be two different black males- police have not suggested that though

What is considered enough evidence for probable cause? What would be the minimum about LMs car they'd need to find in order for warrants?

He lives in Charlottesville and works at the hospital. There are UVA students there- I'm sure he passes all sort of signs and other things to get to work and I'm sure the local news is playing the hospital. If he was in a other part of Charlottesville maybe but he literally could not be any closer.

It just really kills me that it took the police and entire week and hours of resources to get to the point they are now with JM, and, if he was innocent could have eliminated all of that time and advanced the search far beyond where they are now. He could have literally saved her given the time...

What time was this video of them leaving tempo? They stopped giving us times after the video at 1:08 at the jewelers. Eye witness account says 15 minutes at tempo before they left- which would put them past 1:20AM when the last text was sent. The only other thought was it was way before that-...

    VA - Hannah Elizabeth Graham, 18, Charlottesville, 13 Sept 2014 - #7

Exactly! If the last text was sent at 1:20 am and they went from the jewlers at 1:08 to tempo, there is slim to no chance they received multiple drinks and checked out in under 15 minutes. That receipt from tempo would really help the timeline- bc right now we are assuming that timeline

Any word on a restaurant copy of JMs receipt from tempo? It would have a time stamp! I'd be shocked if police hadn't thought of that

Thanks Otto! To my point, 59 is definitely cold for a person to wrap their arms around themselves and Hannah appears not to be doing that. Another thought it perhaps JM asked if she was cold and put his arms around her- suggested tempo as a spot to warm up before he took her towards her party...

Does anyone know what the temperature was that night? Not that it is an extreme detail, but I think from many of the videos she was walking with her hands at her sides- I think that could speak to her still being extremely intoxicated. With these fall nights and her outfit and build (thin, not a...

I think it's clear we need to know more about WG. Being cooperative doesn't clear your name- I would hope the police would tell us he had an alibi for afterward, passed a polygraph, was being asked to explain where he went after he stopped following Hannah other than 'on his way'. He could be...
