The judge in Fairfax clearly is not wasting a single minute. The police have waited 9 years for someone and the victim 9 years for justice. There has to be overwhelming evidence against JM (DNA, eyewitness) is way more than enough but especially DNA. The fact Camblos is asking for evaluation...

The only way I see JM getting a plea is if there are more victims and he can take them to the location and identify them and tell what happened about everyone. Then DP off the table and life in prison without parole.

I see no plea deal in this case. He will be tried separately for each girl. 05 fair fax, morgan and now hannah.
