I live in Stuttgart as well..and i hate to say it but easily 75% of the towns homes are in the same kind of neighborhood...its a town with clearly divided lines...either you can afford to live in the $150,000+ homes or in a neighborhood much like Cassies'...
I happened to be traveling thru DeWitt yesterday and noticed the local grocery store "Piggly Wiggly" had a missing flyer for Mr Gibbs on the entry doors at eye level but nothing for Cassie.....
Im not sure if it means that..its on their website...free for certain age children if they have been missing less than 90 days and i believe if 17 or over its fee based for the private investigator services...first time ive ever known of this org..and its seems they have an ark...
It looks like to be eligible for their free or pro bono private investigator services the legal guardian must fill out the intake form requesting their services and the person must be missing less than 90 days..so Cassie's mom has a narrow window of opportunity...do able but no time to waste...

I saw channel 11's version at 6pm...nothing new...nope..they just let her mother speak about her birthday and missing her etc..showed her table display with birthday cake and mentioned the porch light/candle vigil that is listed on their fb page.. no investigative reporting...And doubtful if...
