I'm forever lurking in the background but rarely have anything original to add to the discussion. Just wanted to say that that shed has always bugged me. As with the septic system I have to assume police would have double triple checked that nothing sinister lies beneath. The South Australian...

I read in a thread here months ago that yes, there is scrap metal in these bins. Apparently it's the rod that runs through the lid as a hinge. Guess it had to be solid as that's the point where it's lifted up and flipped over. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Personally I think the billboards and the publicity released should be updated to show this new image to give them the best chance of being of use. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I find this reassuring as I've seen gaps in the last five years in Darwin and in Broome that could easily swallow a child. Glad that regulations in Qld at least are taking that possibility into consideration. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

That's another justification for the unplanned abduction scenario. If it had been planned and the 'POI's with bad habits' were involved, wouldn't they have made sure they had some sort of alibi? One that wasn't easily checked like.... Being each other's alibi, or getting your family to lie for...

Gotcha! I had read the transcripts and only watched part of one video ( low on data!). I completely understand what you're saying and agree it does look unusual. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Business pressures could be sorting out their tax return, worrying about filling orders that have come in, worrying about the health of the berry plants , just work load issues. Even with money in the bank they still had a business to run. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I think you have hit the nail in the head FS. If I was in that situation with a father who was normally well adjusted and refused to get any medical help I would go along with him. I'm imagining them all in the driveway trying to talk him down then leaping into the car as he tried to drive off...

Identified! Australia - LIVING Caucasian girl, 4-6, May'15 - Name withheld

It bugs me how fuzzy the pictures are. Surely if identification is the goal they could have sharpened them up a bit. These pics aren't even as clear as an identikit picture. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Jane was it you that pinpointed which eating place it was in the Marion plaza where the pic was taken? Whoever it was mentioned removal of pot plants or refurbishment or something. Maybe that's worth a crime stoppers call to help them establish a firm date?

Hmmmm.... I agree about her capability to wheel herself at speed however its possible she had her partner/carer along when visiting the police station to help dodge the journalist pack. From a sitting position she easily could have been hemmed in...not that I'm suggesting she would feel...

I'm still a little confused. In the Advertiser it says "The two-year-old’s birth certificate was reportedly found at the home of Holdom’s sister during a search last month. Police seized two suitcases from the property believed to hold possessions belonging to the mother following...

Judging by what I've witnessed in Alice the vast majority of the medical fraternity are from overseas. Likely the dental fraternity too. Few Aussies find it an attractive career option it seems. She probably never had any dental work done by an Australian dentist using Australian techniques .
