What was the "legitimate" or "acceptable" reason given by KM's legal team as to why they wouldn't simply disclose (to everyone...not just to a judge in chambers) who is funding KM's defense? If it's all so above-board, then why not simply make it public? The BS is so infuriating.

It could be a coincidence, of course. I just don't know. But here's my reasoning:
- geographic proximity (ie Lafayette could be a place where BG could reasonably be expected to live or flee to)
- doesn't appear to be "typical" hwy death... No car trouble, no running out of gas, not a...
MOO-
Ugh. I just can't shake this suspicion that the body found in the middle of I-65 this morning outside of Lafayette was either BG, his accomplice or someone who had info relative to the murders of these children.
No car was abandoned by side of highway.
FYI - the photo I posted was just the same photo previously posted but rotated 180 degrees and cropped to focus on the reflection itself. No other edits were made.
It may show SP's face or a portion of SP's face because it represents a reflection made on the floor. Hope that makes sense-
I thought same - so I watched it multiple times, each time focusing in turn on only one different individual. I discounted it (maybe erroneously) because one person who appeared to have a similar gait did not seem to match the physical description (i.e. taller than 5'7").
Thank you for putting so much work in and sharing these!
I've been able to make out little to nothing in most of the enhanced photos posted on SM sites, but to me, despite the rain and tinted windows -that really do obscure the view - that is quite clearly a face in the rear window - !
<snipped for space, respectfully>
Thank you all for agreeing to disagree and being so kind about it. I could argue against the points that you raised, and you could argue very well against mine. But in the end I don't think we'll agree. Thanks for being so respectful-You made my day better :)
Yes, this. Couldn't agree more. And I can't recall ever having been in favor of the defense ... And especially not a defendant who has treated his wife so callously so many times.
Pedophile? Check.
Pervert? Philanderer? Check. Check.
Negligent? Without a doubt.
Malice murderer? Maybe. But...
Things that were true in the Rasmussen case that MAY also be true in MB's case:
- apparent burglary but actually not a burglary
- "love triangle" - whether real or only exists in one person's mind/same motive?
- perp appears to be member of LE (not saying s/he IS in MB case)
- perp may be...
O/T - but for those of us who are convinced or who observed that SP was drunk/high/impaired at the time of the crime - Google something like "killers drunk during the crime/murder". Ignoring the mentions of DUIs- the results are interesting, if nothing else.
