Yup-- this is what I was thinking. The proportions didn't make sense, an it was LE video. If there was something there I feel like they would've seen it.
Not only that, the airbags didn't deploy, suggesting that maybe nobody was in the car? No blood at the scene either, just some partially melted ice cream.
Good point-- I was sort of thinking "why would she be wearing her clothes if she had gone swimming? Wouldn't she be wearing a swimsuit?", but that's a logical explanation,
I'm trying to understand whether the father was supposed to have the girls, or whether they were "abducted" before the crash occurred. I've read that there is reason to believe that the girls were not in the car when it crashed. Did he crash the car to distract officers from the abduction? Is...
I don't think he was afraid to go home. He was probably bored, which is what led him out in the first place. His father had taken away his video games and he wanted to play.
I live near a river on the south shore of Montreal and, honestly, the "river's edge" looks different every single morning. The current, the temperature, the ice melts, it re-freezes, you can never predict what it will look like in the morning. Right now the river is wide open and it's a much...

She was an 18 year old kid when she had her daughter, her mother (I believe) was also a teen mom. There's a cycle of poverty in the area that she grew up and many of the residents in the area are low-income and have little education. I have a feeling she spent some time in foster care as a child...
Her mom mentioned in an interview that he had "just graduated". Not sure if that was from CEGEP or University or what. The high school that they went to has a Work Oriented Training Program for students who struggle academically.
I would say that this guy is not super intelligent and would have...
I keep thinking of Gone Girl. I mean, how is a 22 year old whose GF/baby mama is missing/murdered supposed to act? He's just a kid! I'm anxious to see what evidence they have because so far they haven't said that they have anything really compelling. Still holding out hope that he's not their...
