I am always onboard for a good conspiracy theory. However, after seeing this video, it does certainly look like it was a horrendous mistake on Kiely's part. RIP sweet girl.

With all the speculation of how Kiely could have reacted once in the water, has there ever been any information as to what type of swimmer Kiely was? Was she comfortable in water? I never learned how to swim and if this happened to me, I may have not even thought to remove my seat belt...

I edited my comment to say foul play was suspected. That would be from her body being found in the back, as opposed to seat belted in. They mentioned this.

The you tube video of Adventures with Purpose is now posted, and it looked there may be foul play. So much more info than we knew.
