Ross Willox appears in court charged with murder of missing woman Emma Faulds
Ross Willox has appeared at Ayr Sheriff Court accused of murdering her.
He's also been charged with alleged attempt to defeat the ends of justice.
I wonder how the sealed bags and attempt to defeat the ends of...
Missing Scot Emma Faulds last seen on CCTV with married pal before vanishing
"We can also reveal a witness has told cops that Mr Willox was spotted driving Emma’s prized BMW at a Morrisons in Kilmarnock just hours after she vanished"
But if it was never proven that he disposed of those clothes then how can they accuse the fibres were from his clothing if they cannot prove they were his?
I think what we can all agree is that we want justice for Alesha, but justice does not happen just because an individual is found guilty. It has to be the correct individual.
Imo I think he is guilty but to me I do not believe the prosecution gave an overwhelmingly persuasive argument stating...
IMO I believe there is some truth to the relationship betweeb TM and Accused. I think RM knows this too otgerwise why would he storm out of the room.
He managed to stay through the whole of the other evidence which IMO was worse to listen to.
JMO
IMO I think there is no real substance to the print they found in McPhail house. It could be coincidental and left possibly from a previous visit to the house as RM stated he could not recall if accused has ever been in house or not.
I do not believe the accused could do a 'deep clean'...
JMO but if I had been accussed of having any part to play in such a heinous crime against a child let alone step child I would wholeheartedly want to look him right in the eye and give my answers.
After today's events it's hard to comprehend how the defence plan to move forward or how they will...
Also if accused did leave with the intention of "looking for a lost phone" why did he leave out the front of the house when it is stated he walked through wooded area to avoid police and is seen jumping over a wall at back of property?
There is so much not making sense regarding this IMO.
His defence is the most far fetched idea I have ever heard however:
1) Father of AM states accused has never been inside the house. So how would he know where AM slept and that she would be in a room on her own?
2) TM stated she got up...
Why would you lie about the drug dealing when you know that AM has been found dead?
IMO I would imagine the police would have asked if there was any possible reason for anyone to want to harm AM?
What I am trying really hard to fathom is how the accused managed to know that he would be able to access the house, who slept where and that he would manage to get access to the poor child and take her without waking anyone as the father states accused never entered property?
Maybe they've found something that incriminates Jones and not Cairney - DNA? And maybe Jones isn't able to be considered for bail
Surely if it was benefit fraud both would stand equally charged as both having benefited from the gains from the fraud
Lets all hope its been halted as a consequence of "positive" new circumstances. Poor Margaret has suffered enough injustices.
Not going to lie though, was looking forward to hearing more about the case!
I have been following this case carefully. My heart hurts for poor Margaret.
I picked up on the BBC report that "Both deny murdering Margaret, when she was 19, at the home they shared in Inverkip or elsewhere in Scotland".
How significant is the "or elsewhere in Scotland" perhaps the other...
