CA CA - East Area Rapist/Golden State Killer *ARREST* #4

Not to get off topic, but in the interest of accuracy, there are millions of registered, legally owned firearms in Australia.

CA CA - East Area Rapist/Golden State Killer *ARREST* #4

Serial killers are difficult to catch because they usually have no connection to their victims, not because they are smarter. Most other murders are commited by someone known to the victim.

Yes familial DNA was mentioned in MSM after the arrest. You just need to a simple google search. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/nation/the-quiet-techie-life-of-claremont-murder-accused/news-story/f34913420ecf0edf1a4b991994f8254d "Next came the technique sometimes called “familial...

You left out the part about him being a steroid abusing, cross dressing, clown impersonating wife basher with a bung leg.

That is incorrect. The "not as bad as you" comment was made by a random person from Pennsylvania. Its still on TE's Facebook.

Obtaining evidence from a public bin is vastly different to police setting up a drug testing station for the sole purpose of obtaining someones DNA by deception.

Probable cause is an American legal concept and is in their constitution. Not sure what the relevance is here?

That wasnt necessarily by choice. They switched to an overt approach after the listening equipment they had installed in the roof above his desk fell through the ceiling... while he was sitting at the desk. Its fair to say their cover was blown after that.

Great questions except neither SS or JR's father worked at law firms.

I dont believe vest man and the guy who sticks his head out the door are the same person. The guy who sticks his head out can be seen leaving right at the end of the video with another man.

This has been talked about many times already. There is absolutely no link between the kimono and Victoria Park murder. Police in 1988 were simply speculating there was a link as the crimes happened in the same area. The person who did the murder was subsequently caught and is behind bars.

Theres no proof he wasnt investigated in 2002. WAPOL have stated that he was in fact investigated and eleminated as a suspect. Even if they only looked at him in 2008 he wouldve been eleminated based on DNA. Theres also no evidence of BRE owning a Commodore sedan. More likely this was Donald Morey.

That was 2002? They eleminated Lance Williams in 2008 when they found the DNA link. Pretty sure they would've looked at this guy then if not earlier.

Not sure how history tells us he wasnt followed up? One would think he would've been looked at again ages ago when they found the DNA and started eliminating known POIs.

There is no link to Victoria Clark. Police at the time were investigating sex attacks in the area and thought the Huntingdale attack might be linked to the murder of Victoria Clark as the MO was similar. As a side note, David Troy Masters bares a freakish resemblance to Mark Dixie.
