I submitted Edmond Tillman to Namus as a comparison today. I also submitted it to the SCPD tip line via gilgo news website.
My reasoning for Edmond being a good match.
Timeline:
Edmond goes missing 8/10/05
Asian Doe is found 4/4/11 but believed to have been deceased 5-10 years prior, placing...
The Murder Inc blog claims both Sugar Bear & Khalil White had addresses on the same street. The blogger also claims to have spoken with Khalil & Khalil said to them that police asked him about Sugar Bear.
The unidentified male found in Manorville in November 2003 has been removed from NAMUS. Anyone have any leads if an identification has been made? The link for his NAMUS was The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

As for Sugar Bear, I have always felt there were many things that just suggest he could be...
In June 2000, an UID female torso was located in the Rockaways wrapped in plastic bags. Estimated age between 16-25 y/o. Namus had probable year of death at between 1999-2000.
Besides the probable year of death, which you point out can be inaccurate in Namus, this sounded like it could...
