where is the link to info tha Kiaya has a sister, and sister caled 911, I missed that whole part. thanks

the above article states that the father of Kiaya, had moved in with the girlfriend, in her house.......so IMO, maybe this was an act of jealously. just curiously running ideas through my mind- not that it makes a difference.

here's a thought................maybe the suspect had been doing "things" to kiaya- she threatened to tell......so he snapped on her.

I dont think many parents would be able to go to the first court appearance of the murderer of their dead child-IMO. Im sure DA will keep them informed of anything they might want to know. Wed. is plea hearing.

I wouldnt think Kiaya's mom or dad, would be able to be anywhere near the kid(court) they are prob. in such shock, maybe they had someone sit in, in court, on their behalf. or DA is keeping them informed of what went on in court. next hearing and plea- set for WED.

I would think Kiaya's dad wants nothing to do with her at the moment

I would bet , that victim's fam. had someone go , on their behalf. But sure it was closed to public since suspect is juv.

ok- watched video- something really weird about the "father".of the suspect. ......9news said , he will be charged as an adult.

And what is even sicker.............this was done in a ditch right behind homes, and a school.

thanks for posting the map- first thought i have , is , when walking, especially kids, would short cut through that neighborhood, instead of going around............this is going to be interesting to watch unfold. posters on denver post site, are saying they live in the area, and it didnt...
