NY - Rita Tangredi, 31, and Colleen McNamee, 20, murdered, 1993-94, John Biltroff *GUILTY* - #2

Only type of deal they could offer him is Life...to entice him to give up other homicides...they could wine/dine him or give him a preference on which state jail he would be spending the rest of his life at. Only way i see him accepting plea is if they threaten to charge him federally where the...

NY - Rita Tangredi, 31, and Colleen McNamee, 20, murdered, 1993-94, John Biltroff *GUILTY* - #2

Just pretrial motions. With it being a pretty high profile case...the defense attorney is prob milking his client and filed a lot of motions to get evidence/statements supressed. Very common and that fact that there are a ton of court dates (and that they keep getting pushed back) is very...

great point...i was thinking the same exact thing when it was stated during the radio show. highly doubt he stopped killing altogether, even if he is not responsible for the Gilgo bodies

Cases possibly of interest for the LISK case

unfortunately children are extremely difficult to track after birth until they are about 18. they do not pay taxes, pay utilities, there is no database for doctors visits, no national database for schooling, no social media when real young, etc. no reason why a mother has to have follow up...

Cases possibly of interest for the LISK case

the only other thing too is that with "peaches" being a sex worker, she most likely did not have health insurance. many times when people without health insurance enter hospitals for treatment or care, they go in as john/jane does.

Cases possibly of interest for the LISK case

the other thing too is that suffolk county should be doing a other canvas of ocean parkway. "peaches" torso found far away in hempstead park, yet her limbs were found off of ocean parkway. most likely her skull would be along ocean parkway as well no? skull would help you get an indentification...

Cases possibly of interest for the LISK case

this person went missing in 1997....i would estimate well over a million women probably had c-sections over a time frame that is not very concrete....as new york/long island is one of the most populated areas in the world. the bristol thing may or may not be a good lead...but even that would be...

Cases possibly of interest for the LISK case

With all due respect...it is not feasible to "investigate all cesarean procedures" or account for every individual who bought a specific piece of jewelry. now putting put a new press release and pushing it to major cable networks like cnn, foxnews, and msnbc to identify peaches is a reality...

    Cell Phones and LISK

Tower information is going to be hard to come by. You first need to know what service provider LISK used when he made those calls. Not every tower services every provider (Verizon, Sprint, ATT, Boostmobile-Metro). John Bittfolff still makes way too much sense for me...at least as a suspect...

    Cell Phones and LISK

IndieCindy - No, works nothing like GPS. GPS is based off satellites where as cell phones register off different towers (probably located at least 1/2 mile away from each other). On star does not preserve historical GPS locations and you would have to have a suspect vehicle in order to...

    Cell Phones and LISK

Neptune - Sorry that was meant for you. I know cell phone towers really well...I do this for a living. The call detail records obtained by Suffolk County will just show the first and last tower where the calls registered off of. They should have gotten additional records from the provider...

Provisionary Serial Killer Pen Pal Discussion

question people should be asking (if true) is why the massapequa man was approached and questioned by fbi prior to the airing of the killing season? what reasonable suspicion or information did they have that pointed them in his direction (other than residing in Massapequa)? Found his...
