After reading these lines, i.t's becoming apparent that there is a connection of may of these victims to Bittrolff. The Middleton, NJ connection is scary-if true. Too many coincidences. What are the odds?

Interestingly (or maybe not) yesterday was adjourned/remanded again, but there's another trials/am set for 12/15/2016 which is only few days later (this Thursday).
Not sure what that means, if anything.

I found it odd during the radio show that JB was noted as someone who just 'stopped' killing in the 90's when he started a family. Said who? That was a massive massive leap of assumption for me.

great point...i was thinking the same exact thing when it was stated during the radio show. highly doubt he stopped killing altogether, even if he is not responsible for the Gilgo bodies

The defendant search is down for me right now, but if that's so, it looks like they are going down the route of asserting that information was missing or incorrect when he was indicted? Is that so, lawyers in the house?

Just pretrial motions. With it being a pretty high profile case...the defense attorney is prob milking his client and filed a lot of motions to get evidence/statements supressed. Very common and that fact that there are a ton of court dates (and that they keep getting pushed back) is very typical. I wouldnt expect this to go to trial until late 2017 at the very earliest, and that would be remarkably quick. More likely Bittfolf takes this to trial in 2018 and Suffolk County does not offer a plea deal.

Depends how many they think he's murdered before they will think about a plea deal. If 3 i can imagine they may offer some kind of deal.

Only type of deal they could offer him is Life...to entice him to give up other homicides...they could wine/dine him or give him a preference on which state jail he would be spending the rest of his life at. Only way i see him accepting plea is if they threaten to charge him federally where the death penalty comes in to play.

Does NY state have the death penalty? Forgive my ignorance as a foreigner. I was thinking about the choice of prison as a potential chip.

Pretty sure they do not. Even if it's on the books, it's not used.

Wow! That just leads me to so many thoughts. Jbs sister lived 2 doors down from me for a lot of years. I only recently realized it. I'm in shock.

Do you remember how he(JB)felt about other races? Any weird remarks. I'm asking because of the man who would call Gilgo Beach 4 Melissa Barthelemy's little sister, Amanda. Saying sadistic things to her. At one point the caller said "I heard you're a half breed" to her younger sister, which is unique wording to me nowadays..

If you don't want to answer that's fine. Or you might just not know.
