Well, just to add to that, 'Leenhouwfr' appears to be a made up surname. However 'Leenhouwers' is a mainly dutch surname, with some belgian use.

A black female with the same name and age went missing and was found safe last year, listed as "Subject threatening suicide". If this was her then that is probably why she died, even though police have not released a cause of death.
