There are so many scenerios to play out in this case. Did the assault happen outside the car and he threw her in the trunk or did the assault happen inside the car and how did she get there. If he pleads guilty we will probably never know.
Do we even know if she had a head injury or is that what he told the detectives. The autopsy said she died from multiple stab wounds but never said where.
Although I'm not a runner it seems to me after watching the video she had already run quite a ways. Seems to me I read where she was going to her mom's house to pick up a car to go to work the next day. How far away from her mom's house was the abduction point?
Personally I think he was completely shocked when those detectives pulled up to that trailer. As the lead detective emphasized the neighbor's security camera was extremely valuable. Without it they would still be looking for her
IMO the connections between the Iowa and Indiana murders are coincidences.Granted the areas where both sets of girls were abducted were in the general vicinity of meat packing plants where potential criminals could be lurking but having lived in the general area where the Evansdale murders took...
So I took a walk this morning with my wife.I turned on the video on my camera and recorded a portion of our walk. I then stuck the phone back in my pocket. when I got back home and looked at the video the only part that was recorded was the first part. The video stopped when I stuck it back in...
If the girls were dropped off at 1 and were to be picked up at 5:30,what were they going to do for over 4 hours. It wouldn't take that long to cross that bridge and come back to the south entrance. I think they were going to meet someone there and hangout with them.MOO
If LE had proof there was more then one perp (DNA, ect.) don't you think they would release that info to the public. I mean what if the focus is only on this BG and maybe someone else is acting suspicious but looks nothing like this guy... just saying MOO
Sounds like it could be anybody at this point. Hopefully LE is starting out with small snipets of this guy with more to come unless somebody gets scared and comes forward.
If I was a 13 year old kid and I was told to keep walking forward on that bridge with no where to go but down, I probably would have done what the guy said and hope for the best.
I'm a little surprised how delapidated that bridge is. Shouldn't the county repair some of those missing railroad ties before letting the public use it.
