The Cash Feenz was immediately what came to my mind. It was horrific. A bunch of teenagers that tied up two kids, carved their backs, poured bleach on their cuts, took them in the trunk of a car and burned their bodies. All kids.
Not sure why WS has it listed as Coral Gables. It’s Cape Coral...
For which defendant. JRR was sentenced to life. MS has a spencer hearing around January 9th. CWW’s was continued waiting on this trial. His is scheduled for Feb 10th at 1:30.
No we weren’t, but it was said and confirmed in the trial that he wasn’t given a minimum mandatory. So that’s all we need to know, as far as gain time qualification.
If the state had charged CWW as a PRR, or placed a minimum mandatory, then he wouldn’t qualify for gain time. But they did neither. He qualifies to be released in 17 years basically.
2. What are the various types of Gaintime?
A. Incentive Gaintime (s. 944.275(4)(b) F.S.) is awarded to inmates for institutional adjustment, work and participation in programs.
i. The awards are made on a monthly basis as earned unless prohibited by law. (These awards are typically posted by the...
Actually gain time for good behavior has nothing to do with Parole. It’s something every inmate gets automatically unless they do something to have it taken away. They must serve 85% of their sentence.
CWW has been in isolation, so with his 25 year sentence and time served already, plus good behavior reductions, I’d guess he will be out in 15. Making him about 66. I think he will make it till then easily.
Were you subpoenaed to be a witness in the actual trial, and just not called? My understanding was that you weren’t asked to be at the actual trial. Wondering why?
There were many comments about MS’s behavior and mannerisms in court. Knowing him personally, did you find him to be acting unusual in court?
What do you know about his relationship with the Petrites’s?
I agree. Vinnie Politan kept arguing with lawyers on CTV saying that the jury isn’t responsible for his death, they are just following the law, so they shouldn’t feel responsible for any of it. But I do think regardless some of them will still carry a burden of their decision with them, no...
If he gets DP, the case will remain in the spotlight, along with the whole family, for 20+ years. MS
is already 51 so I don’t think he could even live long enough to be put to death. Appeals in Florida go on for decades.
