With all due respect, you don't know that. Everyone is a suspect until there is a confession or evidence to say otherwise. And DN told several obvious lies in his Gazette interview. He put himself in the situation(s) he is in. He is anything but a victim. It's interesting that the DN...

Unlikely. Sureños seem to be running the show around here.

You misread that. The coroner has not confirmed it as a suicide. They have only said the wound is consistent with a suicide.

Colorado Springs has a real life city council, mayor and media from JAWS, without a sheriff Brody fighting to protect the public. Instead we have sheriff dirty Elder. It's a sad reflection on what has become common in every community throughout the US.

What's there to joke about? 2 people are dead, one we know was murdered and the other is under suspicious circumstances. Both murders happened near known illegal homeless campgrounds. Colorado has a very serious problem, but nobody want's to address it because they are afraid it will hurt...

"The bones and other articles (backpack and clothes) were found about 200 yards from where a human skull was discovered by a hiker Friday afternoon near the Ring the Peak Trail near Catamount Reservoir west of Green Mountain Falls. The Sheriff's Office is treating the death as suspicious."...

Seems to me that proves they have no idea of who it is and are keeping the investigation open solely for PR purposes. At a certain point somebody will need to answer the question of what other easily solved crimes are going cold due to the excessive financial resources and manpower being used...

He was found near here, the top of the Limbaugh Canyon Trail before it descends into the canyon. https://goo.gl/maps/VwLo6NRSCMT2 There are only 2 armed USFS Rangers for all of Pike National Forest.

He was given time served. The same will happen in indiana. I can't find him on vinelink so wouldn't be surprised to learn he is already out.

He was killed in unincorporated El Paso County. Police only have jurisdiction to their own incorporated city limits. County Sherrif's have everything else. Just like Delphi. So TW will show up in El Paso County crime statistics.

TW is not their jurisdiction so highly doubtful. Monument and Palmer Lake have a history of corruption and cronyism. It's just small town politics. "Lowe was placed on paid leave February 5th after Police Chief Jacob Shirk sent a memo to the Board of Trustees questioning his Lowe's...

He was released from El Paso County. And DN will be released in Indiana if it has not already occurred. You're right though. I always forget it's Philip Anschutz not Phillip Morris. The same Philip Anschutz who owns: The Broadmoor The Gazette The Colorado Statesman World Arena The Pikes...

CO - Tim Watkins, 61, shot to death, Mount Herman, 14 Sept 2017 #2

Why? Because the public are largely ignorant that DN was released. And we were also told by the DA just after the arrest that "further charges will be filed". Next thing we know DN has quietly been given a secret plea bargain and a ticket to ski country for a couple of weeks. Poof! Game...

Sure. We are all looking at the same photo. Tell us what you see. Everyone has their own opinions. Another possibility is a jacket over tyvek. I see a cheap windbreaker or thinly insulated coat though. A flannel shirt and possibly a hoodie although I am not convinced it is a hoodie from the...

Ultimately we can only speculate because of the lack of public disclosure but the process of deduction leaves COD or events leading up to COD. i.e. someone chasing victims with a hatchet. There is nothing unique about a gunshot wound.

That would explain the sheen also. But it would appear to me to be more similar to an insulated carhart or dickies turned inside out. Or else it was just a windbreaker, cheap jacket. I'm looking at mine and one is black inside the other is tan. I lean towards a cheap windbreaker that can be...
