I don't believe the cases you just linked are the ones the poster is referring to. IIRC, the bodies that poster was referring to were found on Okaloosa Island, (most of which is government property... part of the AFB) in the sand dunes.

Wow. International adoption isn't usually easy, I can hardly imagine being able to get that many of them with probably very few funds. Even with the issues surrounding Guatemalan adoptions, I just can't fathom how they pulled that off!!
