AK, NY Israel Keyes - Who are all of his victims???

Yes, that's what made me think of her. That, and the fact that he said something about there being little news coverage of his victims, and the fact that she was missing for a long, long time before anyone noticed.

From the above article: "Some of those leads took us out of the area and out of state, which is why the FBI was involved in assisting us in our investigation," he said. "Ultimately one of the leads that came in, encouraged us to take a look at whether or not this could be who we ultimately...

Identified! NY - Cattaraugus Co., Female skeletal UP6015, Sep'09 - Traci Douglass

I'm sure it pleased Traci, that people cared enough to try and help her. I'm really impressed that her remains were identified, as it looks like it took quite a bit of research to do so. Nothing on local news so far, today, that I can find.

I intentionally abstained from all media yesterday, because I can't bear the heartache of re-living 9/11. And now I find that a miracle occurred on 9/11. I am so thankful! I will celebrate this miracle each anniversary now. It has restored a bit of faith in humanity!

Lurker here, not a poster, but I'm wondering if these *are* faces, could they be somehow reflected from her earring?

    TX - Hailey Dunn, 13, Colorado City, 27 Dec 2010 - #27

I think an "I'll deal with this when I absolutely have no other options" mindset. I doubt that she realized how significant the repercussions would be, until it was too late. They wanted her to pay roughly $1200 in court costs, etc, as well. I imagine she could ill afford those costs. A...

"I think her friend said her check bounced, and she continued to work even though they suspended her license for non-renewal... then didn't show up at the hearing to reinstate it, so they revoked it permanently. I am wondering why the state board would not require a money order, or a credit or...

I forgot we know about the Walmart receipt, so that's how you know the beer wasn't bought there. Maybe he bought the tshirt because his became soiled?

Oh, I assign 100% of blame on MH. It would just make the world seem a little less scary, if he "went off" for some reason, and this wasn't all conceived ahead of time!

I keep trying to think of scenarios that did NOT include premeditation. I just really don't want to believe that anyone could be that evil (though I know they can be - I try to pretend otherwise). What do we know about this case that would make this scenario impossible: Let's say MH has...

I've been thinking about this alot. As a seamstress, I notice details about textiles and clothing, stitching, etc, that someone who didn't spend alot of time sewing would NEVER notice. As a medical practitioner, I notice skin color, skin texture, and gait abnormalities that a layman would...

I am so sorry for what your community has had to go through! Many, if not MOST of the people there are probably experiencing these same feelings. Be kind to each other. When someone needs a hug or to talk, allow them. When you are in need, let others know. You are receiving prayers for...
