Crystal was served with the papers on Oct 5 and she filed a typed answer on Oct 18th opposing. She received notice. LE serves these papers as I myself was served papers from LE regarding visitation issues. She was served and replied!

ok IF THIS WAS AN INJUSTICE, THIS OCCURED IN 12-05 and 1-06, we are in 2009 now. She was not able to take him back to court with some proof or just to get more visitation. Instead she moves on has another baby and stops paying her childsupport.

I am in agreement with you winterrose. I dont see this as anything to do with this case. There has been discussions of the brick and why someone would take the time to place it. Making this chair would take longer. If I am really off here let me know.
