It is my understanding that the Judge will let the jury know what options they have when he addresses them after the Crown is finished their closing arguments. It is possible that he will tell them what to do in a situation like you have noted above. If it takes 2 days to address them...

JMO...I have always felt it was TLM that made the calls to her buddies on his phone.

BBM Maybe I am missing something, but I do not recall that we have proof that MR participated in the purchase of a murder weapon. TLM went in to HD, made her purchase, then placed the bag(s) in the trunk that was opened without the driver leaving the vehicle.

I find it interesting that many people are automatically deciding that CS is a victim and/or was manipulated by MR. What if this "partnership" was something that they planned together? JMO, but I don't feel like there were enough questions asked of her for me to think that she was/wasn't...

Can you explain how it goes towards motive? I do not see that at all and I might be missing something. Thanks in advance!

Interesting...his personal website says he taught in Yellowknife and was the first high school principal in Rankin Inlet. Those aren't the Yukon, but I wonder if he was there also. Wasn't it reported earlier that MTR and his mom spent some time in the Yukon to be with MTR's father?

Looks like cigarettes to me...Players maybe. I had a BIL who smoked them which makes me think that is what is in her pocket.
