I'm sort of convinced (for now) that the 'hacking' aspect is not altogether accurate. I would think if that were the case, the killer would have left a plethora of evidence and/or a trail. I would think a dismemberment case would better be accomplished by an experienced hunter used to (excuse...
This has likely been answered, but Monday was Columbus Day. Banks and (I believe) government day off. Some schools in Cali were closed (my kids' schools remained open, though) Not sure about CO.
Michaela's mom is FB friend of mine. I've not, however, met her in person. She states that she believes this is it. I still hold out hope that Michaela is alive, at least until there is proof, but there you have it. Not a good outcome but at least they'll have answers.
You know, I'm going to butt in here just for a second. I tend to do more reading than posting but I recall that in the Sierra Lamar case, her parents behavior/odd comments/discrepancies (all of which had a good number of us wondering if they were guilty of something) only to find out they were...
for what its worth, in my neck of the woods (in Cali), the small token amount for the bus is $400 per year. Also, buses are not provided for any child who lives within a 1.5 miles of the school. Doesn't matter if they are kindergarten or not. Drives me mad. Often doesn't leave many options...
This is the kind of thing that could actually become more common as women donate eggs to infertile couples, men donate sperm, that kind of thing. Still, how this guy managed to keep that one a secret for sixty years is beyond me.
BBM: According to the blog, there was no residue from the pills found in her stomach contents, correct? So it would have been in liquid form and from what I've read, the meds they did have were not in liquid form. Maybe I missed something?
Gosh, I spent the better part of the last two days reading up on the blog. I've googled, read news reports and I'm baffled. Truly baffled. I do believe this girl was being stalked. I highly doubt that after 19 years of parenting Morgan (and two other kids) the parents suddenly over-reacted...
I have to wonder if money is the actual motivation here. I mean, these brothers are on tour so clearly they have some money coming in, none of them are desitute. I'm just playing devil's advocate, though. If we take the money off the table and assume the Jackson siblings are trying to protect...
Wow...here are some additional pics. I don't know the first thing about posting pics but if you scroll down at the link, there are pictures that better resemble this one.

The first shot looks like he's leaning forward a bit but in the second shot it almost looks like either he's holding onto the back of the chair or his arms are possibly bound behind him...or am I looking at this wrong? Whatever is above him looks like molded plastic of some sort...
having kept up on both the RG disappearance and the Sandusky situation, I still can't help but wonder what went on behind the scenes. Great, so RG didn't prosecute him in 1998...I can't help but wonder what went on between 98 and 2008. College FB is a big deal and you just never know if RG was...
I want to know if his mother, wife or LE noticed any wounds, scratches or scrapes on his arms, neck, face in the days/weeks after the abduction. I don't believe Sierra would have gone down without a good fight.
Mostly saltwater. It opens out to the ocean in Moss Landing (just south of Watsonville, North of Monterey). Here's a link:
Elkhorn Slough - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Then there is Harkins Slough which is actually in Watsonville...here's a link...
Good point. Highway 17 is how you get to Big Basin, Henry Cowell parks, as well as privately owned Redwood forests that go for miles...great places to bury a body and it's been a done before. Lexington Reservoir is in Los Gatos at the foot of 17, too. I believe there have been many bodies...
You can head down 101 and cross over to highway one and be at the Monterey/Sand City/Marina beaches in about an hour. If you hit 101 South to Gilroy and go over Hecker Pass, you can be out at Pajaro Dunes in about 45 minutes or so. Add another 15 minutes if you head North and go to beaches in...
Oh wow, it just occurred to me. If the LE are asking the public to check properties in East Santa Cruz County, there are sloughs in Watsonville. Big ones. Elkhorn Slough, which oddly has a small boat ramp/dock in a very gang-infested area off Hall Road called Las Lomas and Las Lomas can...
