GUILTY OH - Johnny Clarke, 21, & Lisa Straub, 20, murdered, Springfield Twp, 31 Jan 2011

Lisa's uncles comment in the article posted by Radiator is interesting to me. "We know this was an inner-circle job" Sounds to me like they have some thoughts on who the perps might be or an idea on the reason behind the killings. I think there's definately more to this story than we know.

BBM Anthony1 claims that she "only had pants on" ie no top which fits with Maytee's statement. I also agree with him that the family are unlikely to say she was found half undressed as the rumour mill would explode. I think by saying she changes as soon as she gets home and still had her...

GUILTY OH - Johnny Clarke, 21, & Lisa Straub, 20, murdered, Springfield Twp, 31 Jan 2011

JMHO- I think they were definately suprised in the house. I believe LS was in another room and heard the commotion and was then attacked. I think that JC was suprised in the room in which they were found which I believe was the same room in which the parts of the mobile found were found (correct...

    GUILTY Australia - Andrew, 45, Rose, 44, & Chantelle Rowe, 16, slain, Kapunda, 8 Nov 2010 #6

I was thinking the thing he left at the shrine looks a bit like a small stuffed animal wrapped in plastic to me, but can't be sure. Also don't take this the wrong way, I believe he is the most likely perpertrator, but the woman next to him looks as if shes wearing a read coat so I'm not sure...

Using the info provided by Indizio back in thread 3 page 12, for the 13th which is the date the abc news video is giving us for these images, the temp was 14.2 definately cold enough for a jumper so cant really imagine there is anything particularly strange about that.

Being suppressed, the whole hearing will probably be heard in chambers and there will be no information given in open court. I hope this is not the case, but it is likely.

I too don't believe the accused went there with the intention of murdering 3 people, I also don't believe he went there drugged (as there has been mention that this seems unlikely) or angry. Drunk perhaps, but could a drunk teen commit such brutal crimes? I don't believe he went there angry...

Also I am finding it hard to come to terms with him murdering 3 people on his own. I understand we have come to the conclusion that it was 1 on 1 in each instance, but still, his size and build matched with AR's does not seem like a fair fight. I know everyone makes the claims about rage causing...

i'm still finding it hard to believe he hung around for an hour or so after the murders. Knowing how close these house are to each other and it being reported that a neighbour heard yelling, I can't believe you would stick around....on the hope no one heard and was calling the police. I...

You are correct it is a reflection. If you go to google earth, line up with where the car would be and turn 180 you will see it is the reflection of the chimney on the house opposite.

Yes they are witches hats, and the marker closer to the gate is the one I mentioned (V marker). However if the blood trail began at the gate they would have started with the letter A. You would not search down the street for blood, mark those found and then come back to check closer to the house.

If we are going to speculate on the blood trail I'd be more inclined to ask why the markers start from a spot more than a metre behind the toyota. As KG1 says the blood on the shoes would peter out due to the gravel but if he walked out the front door as we are assuming, wouldn't the trail be...

I find this hard to believe. If he had told them where to find the weapon, one would assume they had found it seeing as there has not been an ongoing search. So lets assume he confessed and told them where to find the weapon which they then recovered through an ses search, his lawyer is hardly...

I totally agree. That basically has to be said for anything people have posted on here that wasn't released by the police. Certain people may very well be locals with inside knowledge, but we don't know these people from a bar of soap, so really anyone could get on here and claim to know...

That's the point, he doesn't have to PROVE it. If he claims they had a relationship it's the prosecutions job to DISPROVE it. It just comes down to which side makes their case the best. But if he claims they did, then the prosecution call a hundred witnesses who say they didn't, unless he's got...
