I think it was more in that someone may have seen something or someone and just didn't think it was important where it may be.

That was repelled in 2011. Currently, all types of knives are legal in Arkansas, including karambits. The law of Arkansas only considers carrying a knife illegal if the person intends on using it for unlawful purposes, or to cause harm.

Granted that was decades ago.

Born and raised there. There is a blade length i think. Where i live now, the knife law is there isn't one. From what I've been able to find out, you can even carry a sword legally.

Not entirely accurate. In many states all knives are legal. In mine, even switchblade are and sold in spring good and survival stores.
