    SURPRISE HEARING Friday 18th August

In my opinion, I think that the road ahead didn't bode well for any of them based on their lifestyle, psychological problems, and lack of structure. I truly believe any of them or all of them would have already served a considerable amount of time in prison even if they weren't convicted of this...

    SURPRISE HEARING Friday 18th August

Can you just picture what Judge Perry would do to anyone that applauded in his courtroom? :floorlaugh: TC, Robin

Casey To Serve One Year Probation

Not sure. But I CAN tell you the song that I do not like..It was when that guy was singing "you'll be a woman soon"..to Caylee and she acted like she wanted to get the heck away from him, she seemed so uncomfortable.. It was creepy to me and I kept feeling the need to somehow reach back in time...

Casey To Serve One Year Probation

Orange County residents are not exempt from my contempt. Marriage proposals? Finger flipping in court? Please. I am from Pinellas County. And when I say I am from there I mean it. Elementary school-High School. I am ashamed that the folks that I share tax dollars with made such a terrible...

Casey To Serve One Year Probation

Maybe her parents will show up too? ..Nah, they won't show up. The camera's might catch them. It seems the A's motives as of late are aimed at trying to win over the public as was witnessed by their appearence at the b-day walk for Caylee. They tried everything they could do to keep the...

Group Plans Memorial Walkway For Caylee

The attorney that can keep CA's mouth shut hasn't been born. She is a middle aged spoiled brat and when she wants to talk she does. And the bothersome thing about her is that she has such a sense of entitlement that when she does talk she expects everyone to stop whatever they are doing and give...

Group Plans Memorial Walkway For Caylee

I think your idea is wonderful, LambChop. Unfortunately, and no disrespect to you, I think your idea is too simple and too on point for anybody in that area to grasp. Nothing against the people of Orange County, heck I was raised in Pinellas County.. But I think the people are so outraged that...

Group Plans Memorial Walkway For Caylee

As a matter of fact, I would prefer my tax dollar's going to signs that said "Children are Not Trash" on every dumpster as opposed to what is being proposed.

Group Plans Memorial Walkway For Caylee

How about just putting a giant dumpster there with a sign that read's " Children are not Trash". Sounds better to me than adding a lovely "reflecting" area while pretending that a monster did not throw her child away there. Just my opinion. Take care, Robin

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

The letter also stated that she was no longer under the control of the Dept. Of Corrections. We all know that she was indeed still under the supervision of the DOC. From the wrong sir name to the last word written, that letter isn't worth the paper it was printed on. TC, Robin

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

They are worried for the felon's safety? If there was never any fuss about her, nobody knew her and a judge was just going by what what was in front of him on paper, he would see a felon thief who preys upon people both close to her, and when they aren't looking..he would also see a woman who...

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

Anytime the judge sentances the defendant to time served followed by probation, it is entered into the data base and is assigned a caseworker. The defendant must sign in with the caseworker within a specific amt of time. They all knew FCA wasn't going to be able to show up...perhaps they thought...

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

Perhaps HHBP would prefer to make a decision based on case law. Otherwise his decision could start the ball rolling for precident and the next thing you know you have a bunch of criminals in jail, serving probation and then walking out with no supervision while appeals fly and tie up the system...

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

Part of me wishes that she had postponed the check fraud charges til after the trial. At least she would have had to answer to the check charges now. And just maybe she would have had her *advertiser censored* handed to her as other folks she had stolen from came forward en mass. TC, Robin

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

I respectfully disagree. I have seen cases where an inmate had sat 1 yr without adjudication while the attorneys were delaying. The final result was an additional 4 yrs followed by a probationary period. In the penetentary. Here in Fl if you get more than 364 days you are going to the big house.

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

They way I look at it is this: You are on probation for stealing your friends check. Then you are accused of robbing a grocery store and are sent to jail. You don't have the funds to bail out, consequently you can't report to your PO. Because you haven't been convicted of anything you just...

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

The court was aware of previous acts. The theft of her GParents $ etc. The Average Person doesn't steal from friend either. That shows the Judge the type of person he is dealing with. TC, Robin

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

Probation officers have loads of cases. I think she took one look at this and thought to herself "Well this will be an easy client"..all the while knowing that this wasn't right...

    2011.08.05 Hearing on Casey's probation

This analogy may seem farfetched. But there are things about this case nobody's ever seen... Say she was sentanced to served 6 mos incarceration for something. "Mistakenly" she was put under house arrest and served her term. She indeed did 6 mos of some form of penalty, but it wasn't what the...
