I'm not sure what to make of LE now claiming they suspect an inappropriate relationship between DE and NL. If it was "inappropriate" but restricted to social media, then it seems highly unlikely that NL "exposing" the relationship was going to matter to DE. If it was an inappropriate physical...

Except they wouldn't have taken the route at 4:30 AM. We're talking about the trip that LS and CR took from 5N to Sports, which happened around 1:00 AM. And it's not a "dead zone" at all --- Jake's nightclub is between 10th and 9th, as are a few other non-drinking establishments.

A few things here. First, going back up the thread to the "routes taken" part, my ideas are as follows: - The reason kids were going through the alley from Smallwood to 5N (and back again) is because the alley was much closer to the 5N entrance than College Avenue was...and because the Morton...

BBM. Sorry, that's not true, unless you've confused 10th & College Apartments with 10th & College Village. You cannot see anyone leaving 5N from the NE corner of 10th & College Apartments. All you would see is the stoplight at 11th & College, and that's a fair distance (and quite dark at 4 AM)...

From the timeline in the JRNTT link: 3:15-3:30 am? Was that a typo or is that verified in a story?

Not true. Still see fliers several places around campus.

I agree with you on 2. I'm sure the bizarre/out-of-it behavior likely started the first time around at 5 North. As for 1, though...you really think she went alone? I'm of the opinion she went with several people, including (but not limited to) CR.

They may not know where it is, but they probably know where it's not. What I mean is, they might have good evidence that the body was moved out of B-town...but not know where. That would make searching the Terre Haute landfill a waste of time and resources.

I'm wondering that myself. A video or some piece of data evidence, perhaps. Jupiter812 has a good piece of it above. Plus, as much as I think LE bungled the start of the case, I can't imagine that in almost two months of investigation that they haven't unearthed a whole bunch of evidence and...

Interesting story, but misleading. 17th and Woodburn is not "just about where (LS) was last seen". It's a completely different neighborhood, on the opposite side of the railroad tracks. When did the attack take place? If it was the middle of the night, I'm not surprised if someone got assaulted...

This is just a hunch, but I think the reason BPD hasn't checked the landfill (and the reason the LS family hasn't been pressing for this) is that they know already that her body isn't in the landfill.

I can't remember if I saw this somewhere, so hopefully someone can help me out. Does anyone recall a news story that indicated when DR went back to his apartment? He went with LS to the party at 12:30, but I don't remember seeing anything that specifically followed his path after that.

I don't have any screencaps of 1. I've seen secondhand reports of relationship issues visible on the Facebook pages (to the point of LS unfriending JW). I have no reason to not believe those reports, given their ubiquitous nature a few weeks ago when this was being discussed. Most of the...

I actually think it was either DR, MB, or CR that didn't finish summer classes. I'm not sure that JR was enrolled in classes to begin with --- I'd have to go back and check. But regardless, JR was out of B-town pretty fast. But then again, JW was out of town faster than JR was, if I recall...

Well now, while I'm not the OP, this is pretty straightforward. Here's a guy who has, in the week leading up to LS' disappearance: 1) Seen her break up with him on Facebook (and probably in real life) 2) Seen her go to the Indy 500 with a large group of people that doesn't include him 3)...

And that's a good point, although are there really cameras all over the outside of 10th and College (or 10th and College Village)? Also, as far as INSIDE those two buildings, I wonder whether there are cameras of the same type found in Smallwood.

Well, it would make sense if they were. Think about what we know from various pieces of info: - ZO and AB (and others) had been at the 500 with CR, JR, LS, HT, and DR just four days earlier - If ZO = DD, then JR was almost certainly a client of his as well - According to HT, the party...

Bradford Woods is owned and operated by the School of HPER. It's basically a training ground for recreation majors. It's about a 30 minute drive, just north of Martinsville on state road 67 (which is an alternate way for people from Bloomington to get to Indianapolis). The only things there are...

In-state. And to answer your question about Indy, it's admittedly a guess, but it offers significantly more opportunities than Bloomington for effective disposal. And it fits the people involved, particularly if the DD got help up the food chain.
