I have wondered, since DN came to light with the whole hatchet obsession, if the blurred picture was to remove the hatchet from the public view, or possibly the black duffle bag?! My guess is that if he was carrying something in plain sight on a public trail, it would be a hatchet or duffle...

What a cool thing to do for a living, (though I'm sure it takes you to terrible places) I'm always about "the why" behind things. I need to understand the why so it makes sense and then I can process it in a way that doesn't seem so scary. Very intriguing profession!!!

IIRC, there is over 20k people in that town. Lots of factory and farm work. So yes, thousands would be dressed in work jeans, cap, sweatshirt and coat/jacket. As someone else said, looks like the wardrobe of everyone in the local diners. Evey break room room of every factory, every land/farm...

I believe I read a link on here yesterday saying he was dishonorably discharged. IIRC it was the Indecent exposure to a woman and child in a parking lot that gained him the DOD (after a few other prior incidents).

IMO, a 22 rifle is not an ideal gun for anyone to purchase for self protection but perfect for varmits Reason 1- rifles are designed for a long range kill. If you are being attacked you would basically have to ask for attacker to back up a couple feet so you could place the 2-3ft long riffle...

Was she employed there long? I would think someone from her more recent past (besides AI) would want to step up to her defense (that is assuming she is the defend-able type). I certainly have my own thoughts about this case and the fact that no one has really came forward NOT EVEN HER OWN...

Has anyone been able to find the education level and or work history of DB. I haven't seen many character witness's coming to her defense... (not credible ones anyway)??
