That's how the show described the car situation but it was also the first time it was described that way, to my recollection. Every local news story gave the impression that all three of them rode in Milt's car from Harrisburg back to Palmyra, dropped off Milt, then went to Kortne's. There was...
There are several quarries close by but they are mostly surrounded by high fences. What am I most troubled by since the Disappeared episode is the new information about how her car got back to her apartment. Every local news story stated that they returned to her place in Milt's car. They had...
Just finished watching the Disappeared episode and I am left angry and irritated. This girl was failed on so many fronts. There were statements I heard tonight that I have never heard reported in our local media. This was the first time I heard of them stopping at the Gas Station in Hummelstown...
Was driving past the house yesterday and saw a group of people putting out fresh flowers and posting new signs and then I remembered that today is Kortne's birthday. I continue to be amazed at how this girl just vanished without a trace. Hopefully soon someone will have an attack of conscience...
Just adding ABC 27 report on dive team volunteering for search detail this Sunday, March 30...pray.

Agree 100% with Knox. I can't help but draw a connection in my mind between the proximity of Memorial Lake to Penn National, where some of those who were with Kortne that night spend a lot of time. I'm not making any accusations but it's difficult to look at a map and know the players involved...
I haven't had a lot of time to post lately but I do frequently read what everyone else is writing. Thank you all for caring and doing whatever you can to find the truth and bring Kortne home to her family. Don't give up and keep seeking.
I apologize if this has been posted already but I noticed last week and confirmed this morning that the crime scene tape is gone from the apartment. I don't know what that means, if anything.
Here is the link, including video, to Ali Lanyon's story tonight on ABC27. I'll post it to media links, too.

Just finished watching Ali Lanyon's report and it was a nice review of the case, with a couple interesting details that we didn't know before. The biggest one, in my opinion, was that Kortne had taken a trip to Sacramento, California earlier in the summer. No one seems to know anything about...
Just to add to Fireside's post, Ali Lanyon has a story with new information, airing tonight at 5 pm on ABC 27. Hoping for some good news or at least a lead in that direction.
EDIT: The promo for the story on the 12:00 news referred to "possible criminal activity" at Kortne's apartment the...
I'm just checking in to see what's new. I've been following the case and praying every day for Kortne to come home safe. Someone in this community knows something and for one reason or another is not coming forward.
To my eyes it looks like it's coming loose but I could be wrong. I can't tell if the padlock and evidence seal are still on the door. I sincerely hope that all the silence means something is brewing that will bring some resolution to this mystery.
I just read an interesting quote today that I needed to hear and thought I'd share with all of you.
"Dont be discouraged. Its often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock." Author Unknown
Somebody out there has that key.
The lack of intellectual curiosity from the local media is maddening, to put it mildly. In the few conversations I've had with reporters I have sensed a mild interest in Kortne's story and assurances that they were keeping on top of it but I have yet to see much evidence to back any of that up...
