I'm obviously not proposing that the assault in THIS case was verbal haha. I'm just using it to illustrate my point. Some newer members may not be familiar with assault charges and what they mean, some people mistakenly presume assault means beating. It's helpful to clarify this sometimes.

We are just clarifying the definition of the word "assault", as some use the word interchangeably with words that mean something else. We don't know what the assault was, they could be referring to torture, not hitting. We don't know, that's all we're saying :)
