I wouldn't be surprised about it being debunked. I'm former air force (load master on C-17's active duty) my experience with guardsmen is they usually are in a support role for active duty. That can mean replenishing man power at active duty bases or in a support role deployed. That being said...

Depends on the situation. Outside of the jail it's always in shackles. Transporting to court, which is located in the same building as the jail, most are not restrained. Any transport outside the jail in public it's full restraints. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
