I know this is probably unethical, but if there truly was 1 hold out juror, I hope we are about to learn that they can't continue, and an alternate will be named because a handful of laxatives were planted in their lunch.
Prison stripes are seen as something that could "prejudice" the jury, so as long as she appears before this jury, or any other jury deciding sentence/guilt, she will be allowed civilian clothes.

It wouldn't be a "deal". The State can unilaterally take death off the table, then the sentence automatically becomes Life. The judge would then decide LWP or LWOP.
A M1 conviction can ALWAYS be overturned. However, it's highly unlikely just based upon this event. We are in a sentencing phase now...not a guilty or innocent phase.
The only bright side to LWOP vs. DP is that the State would no longer fund her appeals, like they would from Death Row...

She was simply wiping her chin, which for the first time in this trial actually had tears on them. Not to say that she wasn't just crying for herself, or to save herself, but let's keep things in perspective.

Fox10 had a hell of a lot to gain from that interview. It pretty much went viral instantly. I am guessing there was cronyism going on over there...
I would be VERY surprised if Sheriff Joe had any knowledge of the interview, let alone granted permission.
Keep in mind, the interview took place at the Courthouse, NOT THE JAIL. I know there are deputies assigned to the Courthouse, but as far as I know this facility is not under the control...
