With this is in mind, you have stated that the slicing of Travis' throat was a "fog inducing" event, as well as catching him on the bed with photos.

Now, my question is, during testimony and cross, you were able to remember everything that happened prior to the killing and fogged out after the killing.

In the bedroom, during cross, you forgot everything that happened during the day, but remembered the "traumatic event."

How is this possible?

2- Explain how a person who claims to be a photographer by trade, only has vision that cannot reach the end of a car hood without prescription glasses or contacts?

3- Are you aware that Hoover Dam checkpoint security guards check license plates?

4- Now there is a holster? You didn't mention this. Was it a snap holster? Where is it?

5- Who were the messages in the magazine supposed to get to?

6-You have stated that during your sexual encounters that you were feeling used, felt like toilet paper, etc, and then stated that you enjoyed and even offered suggestions.

Which is it?

7- If you tore pages out of your diary that you didn't want to keep, why did you keep them?

8- If you shot Travis first, and he was down, why didn't you attempt to get out of the house then? He surely wasn't able to chase you down then.

9- Who bought the Costco water? Did you have a membership? Which store, and when?

10- The day of the robbery report at your Grandparents house, you told the police officer your computer was in the laundry basket, and then you said your computer was with you? Which was it?

11- While the missionaries were teaching you, did they ever discuss the laws of chastity? Did the Bishop discuss it with you also?

12- Why did you call Matt McCartney, and what did you say to him?

13- If you were so strapped for money, why take a trip, rent a car, which now has a late fee, buy Starbucks strawberry fraps at every stop, get your nails done, buy an extra gas can, and then worry about saving ten dollars by buying gas in Nevada or Utah?
