Initially I thought JA might be a good candidate for exorcism.

But then I realized that JA is Satan incarnate. She is the “monster” the “murderous beast” the” Beelzebub” who inhabits man’s soul.

She doesn’t need a Catholic exorcist or a Mormon Bishop.

She needs to be put in the Geneva, Switzerland HADRON atom smasher and all of the carbon based matter that constitutes her body converted to sub atomic particles that then will escape into outer space. Next, you know I thought of something. I think she wanted his family and friends to know that she was the one that did it but wanted to create a scenario where it couldn't be proven and she'd get away with it.

They knew she was into photography and would immediately connect her with it. But I think she thought the alibi she set up for herself would cover her.

She also thought they wouldn't be able to retrieve the pictures. But why would she put the camera in the washing machine? Why not just take it with her and out in the middle of the desert pull over and drive her car across it smashing it, then just flick the pieces out the window as she drove along the highway.

It's like she wanted them to know she had outsmarted them.

Can totally see her doing something like this, how does a psychopath react when a plan fails?

Here are some questions I would pose if I were on the jury...

1. Throughout this trial, you have often made reference to football moves (i.e., TA tackled you like a linebacker, you fumbled the camera like a football, etc.). Are you a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and their players? If not, are you a fan of the Baltimore Ravens and, specifically, Ray Lewis?

2. To some, your sexual behavior with TA could be construed as deviant. Along those lines, can you please provide us with the names of your favorite *advertiser censored* sites. Specifically, those sites that will not leave viruses on our computers.

3. When you are convicted by us for murdering TA in such a heinous manner that you will, in fact, be put to death, what will your last meal be? Please be as specific with your appetizer, entree and dessert descriptions as you have been with many of your ridiculous responses to other, more mundane questions posed by Nurmi.

4. If you were alone on an island with your two defense lawyers and had to make a choice between killing one and sleeping with the other one, which one would you kill assuming that you needed enough food to last you at least 6 months?

5. Hypothetically speaking, suppose a person driving a rental car left Yreka going 65 miles per hour and a person flying on a plane left Tokyo, Japan going 625 miles per hour at the same time. Both individuals were headed to Mesa, AZ to slaughter an ex-boyfriend. Which premeditated murderer would arrive in Mesa first?

I am pretty sure Juan is going to disprove on rebuttle 1) that Travis had a gun giving the jury the latitude to ignore the bathroom to closet chase story and 2) that Travis was a pedophile with the rest of the story behind the magazine secret code. I know some others disagree, but if I were a juror, I would need at least a preponderence of evidence on thispedophilia issue. The "masturbatory" story is highly suspect,as is the spiderman story, it was her idea to dress as the schoolgirl with hot braids, leaving 1 isolated comment - the 12 year old girl. Is that 1 comment enough to conclude pedophile - that would be a huge leap IMO.

It sure would be a huge leap. Apparently, the schoolgirl fantasy is common but the men who engage in it are not turned on to actual, little school girls. Just possibly the role play of having their adult partners dress up or pretend to be teens. In fact, most men who have had that fantasy now and then would likely recoil in disgust if a little girl acted seductively around them. Fantasies are different from fetishes and are different from sexual disorders like pedophilia.

I also don't wear plain black socks, even when I wear all black - it seems more like a guy thing (although my mother will wear black socks, or any color).

I believe Jodi admitted she had a pair of Travis' socks on - but I don't know if she said why.

Whatever she said, she was lying. She knows they would be looking for footprints on the crime scene, so shoes are out, and bare feet are obviously out and finally wearing Travis's shoes is obviously out as well. So she wears men's socks. His socks so the fibers would be his.
