Today O'Mara said on Anderson 360:

"He said he was prepared to "deal with any fallout," but predicted (Judge) Lester would not feel misled. "I told him what I knew at the time, which was exactly what I was aware of."

Did George not understand that a bail or bond hearing consists of talk about available funds? Why hadn't he alerted his attorney to that PayPal account prior to the bail hearing?

Ya know... I never saw this type of reaction toward Diena Thomspon (Somer Thompson's mother) when she stood tall and strong and rallied for justice for her daughter.

Or Mark Lunsford - Jessica's father, who is still a tireless advocate for victim's rights.

Or Erin Runnion - Samantha's mother

Or Ed Smart...

I just don't get it. I don't understand how Trayvon and his parents are any different than these other warriors for justice (other than the obvious). It's just automatically assumed by some that he deserved what he got or didn't do enough to prevent his own murder, I guess. It makes me sick. Really sick.

Oh my gosh! D Thompson was pretty much slaughtered for anything she said or did.
Check out the first 30 or so threads.

Down to the clothes she wore to the funeral, how her voice sounded when she sang at a vigil, how she raised her other kids, how many media appearances she did, who was with the other kids while she was on TV, who her boyfriend was, why she had an attorney, FB pictures of a Halloween party,... I could go on for DAYS.

I've seen none of that towards the Martins.

Wait a minute. Was he not in the courtroom when the State questioned the family about this account? What is he talking about?

"He asked me what to do with his PayPal accounts and I asked him what he was talking about," O'Mara told Anderson Cooper. "And he said those were the accounts that had the money from the website he had. And there was about 200, $204,000 that had come in to date."

Chief Lee was only in that position for 10 months in February. He was brought in to help clean the PD up (I'm trying to find the link). You would think the first thing he did was make darn sure procedures were being followed by everyone. No blood or alcohol tests done on GZ. Touching him at the station without gloves on.

IIRC Francis Taaffe was on Anderson a few days ago were when asked about how much money was collected by the site he ran, he said he collected about 200.00, but it wasn't easy getting the amount out of him, he kept stalling on the true amount. was he being sneaky not including the rest of the zero's :waitasec:

The hearing could be interesting tomorrow. I wonder if the judge could revoke bail? He told Anderson Cooper before the judge?

I thought the hearing was for info release to the media.

Why would the revoke bail?

Is it for something else?

Well, in the article I read about the rally it didn't say anything about commemorating the riots.

I just mentioned that as an aside since Rodney King has written a new book and has been making the rounds of some of the TV shows this week and since it has been mentioned on TV that those riots were 20 years ago.

In the same article it is mentioned:

George Zimmerman's website is no longer functioning and his attorney Mark "O'Mara has hinted that he will ask Zimmerman to be declared indigent, which would allow taxpayers to pay for his legal bills."

Kimberly he said in the tape he is going to inform the judge tomorrow. Go a couple of pages back for the link. He mentioned he had a hearing tomorrow.
It is supposed to be on the Sunshine requests. But he said he would accept the fallout for this issue and tell the judge tomorrow.

Can't remember his exact words but that was what I understood. The body was not where it should have been when they compared it to GZ's original statement to the detectives. jmo

Good. I'm not trying to railroad GZ, but his story about crossing over to check the address and then returning to his car is an obvious lie. I'd like that shown in court.
