That's what I've been pondering. What benefit does this proposed deal have for Casey? It seems LE want her to point them to the evidence that will convict her (Caylee's body) and the only promise they're making to her is that they won't use her words against her. If they have the body, Casey's words won't matter anyway.
 
This evening on the NG Show, LP stated that Casey is NOT working with full mental capacities. No kidding, thanks for telling us what we have know from the start !

NO, I do NOT, because she currently is not even on the same planet as us, mentally. Something very serious IMO is wrong with Casey !

No. She will continue to keep her deep dark secret.

I think she feeds off of the attention knowing she is the only one that knows where Caylee's body is located. She will never relinquish that control.

I don't think she will. She has probably been counseled NOT to, just like she was counseled not to talk to anyone outside the home and not to talk to BH Padilla. Her best case scenario is to NOT take it. If they charge her with murder, the state has a hell of a road ahead of them and given what they know it's probably 50/50 at this point unless they can produce Caylee's remains or evidence of destruction of her remains. She will however get time for the current charges and be sentanced to up to 17 years which will in effect probably be reduced to 5 with time served.
 
:behindbar casey will never tell.......she knows no boumdaries and has gotten away with everything. These actions are learned behaviors. I think her plan was to go to california and never look back. No remorse....none.....she has let that baby be all alone with no memorial....all this time...it makes me sick accident or not.
 
I am probably wrong but I believe Casey thinks she can beat this if she remains quiet.I voted no.It also proves this was no accident.I think in her mind she sees herself walking out of jail,no strings attached.Casey is not the brightest bulb and its her way or no way.She should have owned up right away,maybe things would not look so bad for her.I dont think she realizes in the end~depending on their evidence she could wind up facing the death penalty.With all the evidence in the car I think they will be able to prove murder with or without a body..Her lawyer needs to have a down to earth talk with her~then let it roll! IMO Nore

I don't think they will charge her with muder untill they absoultly have too just to get under their skin.
And I think they all deserve it if they do(the Anthony's living with the unsure),
from all the lies they have all told.
 
She wont take the deal because A. She is like Scott Peterson and is a Sociopath, she believes her own story B. Her lawyer would not let her because that is the same as admitting guilt.
 
And for the record, I do not believe she will cave and tell where poor Caylee is, THAT would be too HUMAN and I do not believe that Casey IS human...just the thoughts of lugging one of my small children in and out of the trunk or ANYWHERE for that matter makes me go insane, so I cannot imagine that she is in THIS reality where normal people dwell any longer, and I do not think she has BEEN here for a while now...

I wonder why Jose wasn't trying to negotiate a better immunity deal with the state. If he wasn't even returning their emails, he certainly wasn't approaching them on behalf of his client. Not that it would have done any good.

I think the only thing that could loosen Miss Casey's tongue would be an offer to take the death penalty off the table.

I'm betting that LE is holding out to see what Miss Casey does come 9 AM tomorrow. Then when the time is expired and she doesn't talk, the real charges will come. I'm willing to bet thats when Mr. Baez will start talking immunity once again, only then I am sure LE won't even consider it.

They have quite a case, I am certain. They have been holding their aces, and playing with a great face. They are only giving a little bit at a time to try and squeeze her. But they aren't releasing anything significant. /jmo

In order for Casey to have any kind of immunity at all, she'd have to testify. The last thing Jose wants to do is put that girl on the stand.

What a dilemna. He's really going to earn his no money defending this one.
 
I really feel she wont, because I think she will continue to stick with this Zanny story till the day she dies. It reminds me of a defiant child that is caught doing something they shouldnt, instead of telling the truth and facing less discipline, they continue to lie ' no I didnt take it' or 'I dont know how that happened' over and over, going in circles because they dont understand the value of being honest yet or what the consequences of their lying/actions are. (saying thats how a child would be, not that Casey is innocent and doesnt understand how bad lying is because she is far from innocent imo) But I honestly think she is so immature and self absorbed that she cant tell the truth or even know what real truth is, even if it could save her she wont do anything that would prove guilt by her own accord. Look at what she did at Universal, after the police told her she just brought them there for nothing and it was all a lie, she continued to talk in circles and make it look like she was there to 'search' or some stupid bs, and would just say 'uh huh' or 'ok' when asked why she was lying about where she worked.
 
When do you think the public will know? Ive been up all night since I cant sleep much anymore and Im sitting here looking at the clock thinking wow... an hour and a half is all thats left for her to take this immunity deal. I am just wondering how soon it will be before we know if shes taken it or not.
