I wouldn't call them leaks. It has been a release of information as required by the Sunshine Law(I think that is what it's called, too lazy to look it up right now)but Florida's equivalent to The Freedom of Information Act IIRC.
The defense has been releasing it's information as well, like the document released about KC not getting the DP. So leaks is not the correct term IMO.

I'm not sure of the laws, but I don't think the defense is under the same obligation to ..um..not leak. There have definitely been many LE leaks - one unnamed source after another.

Well, I remember the episode with the dress. TM seemed clearly upset that NG was bringing it up as a lead when it had not even been totally investigated yet. He's trying to get the word out about his searches but NG did seem to be making a big deal about something she likely knew was nonsense, for ratings. I can't be sure of that, but I really got that sense at that time and I knew the dress was probably not viable evidence, unfortunately.

Well, we will just have to agree to disagree because I think NG is great. She has never claimed to be a great journalist for one thing but I admire her advocacy for victims, soilders, elderly in communities and Caylee. When all the other networks left Caylee behind when news slowed down NG has hung in there and yes, she can be abrasive at times, but if push came to shove I would want her on my team for sure. It is all a matter of taste. You make like Larry King, the man bores me to tears. NG I perk up right away. I don't know why the huge debate on NG, if someone doesn't like her, change the channel, don't watch her, maybe another network will pick up Caylee news at some point.

I'm not worried about it...but I do feel she should be charged because lying under oath is a crime.

Are you referring to a hearing or interview? I kind of thought she made a big enough stink during the interview for there to be reasonable doubt that she realized she was under oath during the interview.

Seriously, how better to get away with a lie than to deny knowing they were expecting you to tell the truth? LOL. If I was on that jury I'd listen to every word of that tape very carefully.

They also have her talking without the benefit of council under an extremely stressful situation, knowing she is on medication. A good atty would be seeing duress all over this.

If everything we think we know is right and if she has no participation in the crimes other than what we already know, ie; cleaning and falsehoods. I'll be really surprised, shocked even if she is chg'd with anything.

NG does nothing to earn your snap judgment as 'cheap entertainment' and certainly has nothing to do with tabloid entertainment...

Do your homework...Nancy Grace is a (clearly) educated, and exceedingly successful trial lawyer...Her marvelous 'take-no-prisoners' approach requires nothing but the very best research ...It also requires she occasionally ask the abrasive questions, no one wants to answers.

You can clearly see the lawyer in her asking, "answer the question, 'yes, or no.' Notice how often the person she tells that continues to dance around the answer...no wonder she gets snippy. I adore her masterful facilitating skills. It's only an hour show! She lets no one off the hook. They try to go off on a ridiculous tangent (could have been another dead body in the car.) and she nails the facts to the floor. It's nothing personal...She did the same to the mother of the guy who is a 'person of interest', in the murders of Jennifer Hudson's family. She only wants the truth.

She is a shining example of what all investigative journalists should aspire to...She is hard knocks, does plenty of research, and all of her homework...and oh btw, is raising two miraculous/beautiful twins, with as much fervor and love that she shows reverence for justice on her first born baby, the NG show.

In other words, have there been any self-labeled "psychics" who have broken, or cracked a case, based on what was probably intuition based on a keen ability to profile?

A few years ago I had a dream of someone I met for a few moments, I told my neighbor who is a sheriff about the dream he immediately called his supervisor....................the man was arrested because he committed a serious crime which I had no idea what he did.........he is now in PRISON for the next 15 years. So for all you who do not believe nothing will change your mind, but for some reason I got the info and I was to tell my neighbor and I am not a psychic, but at times I am told things, and would never claim to be all knowing.......but certain things happen I can not explain. I agree alot of these so called psychics make me laugh......... I have very strong views of what I was TOLD for unknown reasons...............and I will stick to my opinion 100% as truth. It is not like a script from beginning to end and I was given specific info about what happened to Caylee which I do not understand WHY...............I hope all of you who make fun of these people experience a "PSYCHIC" moment that will blow your socks off and then you will understand the unknown and how confusing it is.

People don`t seem to consider the quite natural possibility that Cindy is reacting to a huge crisis, and that`s where the odd behaviour comes from. Denial, anger towards outsiders, it fits the picture. I have no reason to think she`s a horrible person and blame her for everything, of course I don`t know her.

Unfortunately, it didn't fit in with Nancy's agenda.

You know, I'm glad she's kept the case in the spotlight. And I do watch the show.

But I don't think she has done a good job with this, AT ALL. She is painful to watch--not because she "asks the hard questions," but because she bullies with no intention of listening to responses. Sometimes, those responses would be really, really useful.

I fully agree that keeping the case in the public eye is an enormous priority.

I just wish someone else were doing it.
