People are entitled to have different opinions. Discussing LP's actions is not bashing him. Many of his actions are questionable and should be discussed, IMO.

Maybe something WAS found on Monday during Tim's last day of searching. Wasn't there talk that LE was called to a scene on Monday while all of those searchers were out with Tim?

This might explain LE's reaction today--if they did find something, or Caylee's body, on Monday, then it would be obvious to them that anything LP and his divers might find today would be unrelated to this case.

Bart says she and the Anthony's will be on both CNN and Nancy Grace Friday night. Saturday morning at the Anthony "Help Find Caylee" command center on Goldenrod Road between Colonial and the 408 at the Old National Guard Armory, Kid Finder's will hold its first ever "Meet and Greet" from 9am to 12. They invite people to come out and meet the Anthony's, and get familiar with all the other missing children. And then on Monday, Bart says they will hold a press conference where they will share with the public some information they have not yet shared about why they believe Caylee is still alive. According to Bart, Lee Anthony will be there. They have no time slated yet.

Only difference I see in TM searching and Padilla searching is when TM group finds something we have post after post saying something was found but cant tell you what it was. With Padilla there is live camera action going on so no one to play the I know something you don't know game. There were news crews there, I didnt see Padilla rushing up to any news crew and declaring they found Caylee. The news media picked it up and ran with it how is that Padillas fault.

Padilla is more outspoken and I think that upsets some people but I believe his goal is to find Caylee and he didnt give up like so many others have.

The media is there only because LP made such a big production of 'his' search. Just like with the cross 'find', LP called Murt and told him to rush over, and then he gave an interview to every reporter who would listen to him. Tim would never do that. What if the cross really was evidence? What if LE wanted it kept quiet?

I see a NH - Aruba recap in the making. It is 5 years time, in 2013 for Caylee Missing on NG with CA stating clearly that a sighting of Caylee was called in that week, at the same time as this CNN review of the KC case.

Caylee is much older now, just 8 years old but she was just seen and they are investigating the sighting.

Sigh.

But don't Natalie's parents believe she's dead?

The media knew yesterday that they would be diving again today; they've been there since early this morning.

He made sure the News would be there - just like he made sure that he "promoted" this entire search

Am I the only one that thought CINDY was way too calm (I don't care how many meds she may be on) when they were interviewing her and she was saying they just had a sighting?? I don't care how many sightings you get at that moment...you'd have to get a little queasy/nervous...like we all were. She was none of the above. BECAUSE SHE KNOWS WHERE CAYLEE REALLY IS MAYBE??????

I have to agree it was odd for CA. Either she knows, or she has been warned about being charged with something if she continues to act out. I do hope she is getting help. I noticed on the Murt stream the other day there were some women comforting her. Perhaps they can bring her back down to earth for a bit and help her out.

If they are saying that only "professionals" should be out there searching, that is basically telling Tim Miller and the 100 searchers that he said are in the area to do more searching, to go home and not search anymore. All of those 100 trained searchers are volunteers--they are not professionals.

If they want ONLY professional searchers out there looking for this innocent baby who obviously met her demise at the hands of her egg donor, then WHERE ARE THE PROFESSIONALS? Why is NO ONE out there searching--like law enforcement?

The media was never called in for the TES searches. I wonder if LP called in even more media when the bag was found.

We were watching it live on Murts stream. Media started showing up a while later. I was calling family members myself, so can you imagine all the other people that started calling people. I doubt very seriously that LP called media as media was already there.

It matters to me. The search is supposed to be about Caylee and about preserving any evidence that is found in order to bring her justice. It's not about someone using her death to promote himself.

They didn't take long to figure that out and then they practically accused LP of planting evidence. Then LE must know exactly how Caylee died and must be sure of the fact that she is not in that water.

Does anyone else think that Casey blabbed to the b/f or someone else the truth and the LE aren't releasing this at this time? I can see Casey shutting her mouth and making this a big game to authorities but to Tony or someone like that, I don't see her being able to keep her mouth shut. I think she at lease eluded to what happened to the point that LE knows she's not in water.

You have to read between the lines.... no EVIDENCE was taken because they know it is not relevant to the Caylee case. That does not mean that some ITEMS might not have been collected. They could even be keeping things to use in case they find that someone with LP planted items in the water.

If OCSO knows where Caylee is and can't get to her or knows that she can't be found then what are doing keeping it to themselves. There are other family members other than Casey saying nothing of the general public who wants her found. I would think that they could be called out on that later down the road as game playing and I would think some heads would roll.
I just think that LE has given up on finding the body because they feel they have enough to convict without one and they are concetrating all of effots and building the case file.

I hope that LE knows for sure that Caylee is buried somewhere in a container that KC purchased at JC Penny, so they know for a fact that Caylee can not be in the water at BP and that is why they were so quick to put down the items brought to the surface.

If what you say here (Bolded) is the case then LE is nothing short of lazy and my disgust for them would be right up there with the A's. JMO.
