Just finished reading the transcipt of the interview. Mr. Casey seems to get more truthful and more cooperative as the interview progresses. Also seems to get more anxious the HE not be blamed for anything.

I also think the person who told him that in case he finds any remains to not contact police was Jose Baez. (There is no one with whom he would have had a "priviledged relationship" other than Baez or Casey Anthony herself, right? He already said it was not George or Cindy, so who else is left? Casey? She's too stupid.)

I still think JB was the person that DC had to go off the record to name and that was based on the previous questions where he answers no to, are they in the Anthony home and do they work for the Anthony's ? Well, what if he was lying at that point about who that person was and when he said, I'm going to tell you the truth and asks to go off camera, he then suddenly begins to tell the truth. That could change the possibilities as to who this person is. I still would vote JB, but part of me wonders if it wasn't CA or KC. CA's controlling nature fits with telling him not to call LE, IMO. I hope we find out more soon, because this is driving me up the wall.

This is the most important clash in DC's tale, IMO. He says this gal just happens to call him while he's on his way to check out the "teen hangout". Out of the blue...just coincidentally. Yet, in her interviews she states that the Anthony's sent her a Teddy of Caylee's. That bear was how she got her visions. But then he says that he didn't tell the Anthony's about his visit to this area for 2 weeks. Which is it DC?

Don't worry, JA and NS are on top of all of this. Didn't you hear them when they said to Dominic, "We are asking you questions that we already know the answers to."
DC lied through his teeth, evaded, himmed and hawed, was caught in ,lie after lie. ie; Being caught by the Ritz's security camera having an hour long conversation with the gal from ABC whom DC stated he never talked to. Loved it!

In listening to the psychic's raw interview with KB, I picked up that the intermediary could indeed be DM. She said he was someone who works as a hobby to help locate missing people.

I hope investigators get her phone records. That would answer alot of questions. She does not inspire confidence in me.

I keep thinking back to that email KathiB got from Cindy by accident. It was addressed to Michelle B and KFN. Whatever was in it prompted KathiB to hand it over to the FEDS. The FEDS responded that they would be investigating.

I'm really glad the audio of this interview has been released. D. Casey sounds super shady.

I think that could be said about every single person connected with the Anthonys.

When he is talking to LE, in the interview, he claims he is still technically under a contract with KC. Anyone have an idea as to what this could be about ? Cindy Anthony says someone hacked into her email and sent out messages and documents containing sensitive information about the case. WFTV reporter Kathi Belich received four of the emails herself, but when she realized something didn't seem right about them she forwarded the emails to the FBI.

Now, the FBI is investigating. (more at the above link)

I think LE was trying to determine what info was priviledged and what was not.

I am going to guess that it was Casey, through Baez, Lee, to DC. Remember the letter that was sent to the FBI on DEC 15? Well, that letter could of gone out way before then and the FBI Got it on the 15th. Same person who sent the letter to Lee, could be the same person that sent a letter out some time in Nov. Something else I find strange..I know some don't like Padilla..so lets keep it low key and ignore him for a second..just think about what was said and when, he said on the NG show on Dec10th and another time the week before, don't be surprised if LE or someone doesn't already know where the remains are. Then he says, and one day the remains will just appear, someone will just all of the sudden find them. Something to that affect. I think some of the players in the case are undercover...JMO I pick Casey..as the person who told DC what to do with the remains. Second guess is Cindy... or both...

Oh, I definitely think someone was undercover in all this. For awhile, I thought it might be JH.

Which IMO is also the reason why BC didn't step in more often. Both parties, DC and BC, knew there was some 'splainin to do.

I guess because, on the As instructions, he was supposed to be searching for a live Caylee only. He says he didn't even tell the As for 2 weeks that he had been out there.
I wonder if they interviewed the psychic? And checked her phone records? I would like to know who sent her the teddy bear that was supposedly Caylees?

I'd like to know the reasoning behind confiscating all the cell phones in the search AFTER Caylee's body was discovered.

I also have been thinking it is JH. In the DC interview LE seems to be clearing JH when he ask DC if JH had permission to go lock the house up after the warrant on the 15th. That way CA or others can't come back and say he entered the home on his own.

I think LE has all they need because JH and LP have laid low since that interview. To me LP was a big help to keep the attention on himself and away from JH. I can see LP helping. LP would be the perfect "contact" for JH.

I would rule out T. Black (that's just my assumption)
I have always felt JH might be a good guy the way he seemed to just pop out of nowhere knocking on the A's door asking to help.

It's certainly going to tell LE an awful lot about the A's plans and goals. I wonder how many media outlets were on speed dial?
