Respectfully bolded. You're right -- absolutely no proof of the miscarriage in Feb, 07. But --- latest doc dump says that her closest friend at the time (Annie) DID believe her. Not running with it, just speculating.......
If she did have a miscarriage, PPD could possibly be used as a defense. Would also explain why her closest friends reported a "significant change in behavior" for Casey over the last few months of Caylee's life. With nothing else believable on the table, if I was JB, I'd definitely consider it.

We still don't know what year that was written, I'm not going to get too excited just yet.

WESH is reporting it as 2008:

"10:58 a.m.: A photo of Casey Anthony’s diary, dated June 21, said, "I hope I made the right decision. I just hope the end justifies the means…This is the happiest I have been in a very long time." The date puts it a few days after Caylee was last seen alive."

11:10 a.m.: Also included in this new evidence is a serial number found on a shirt taken from the Anthony home. It matches a number taken from a shirt collar found with the body. Investigators also said a pull up diaper found with the remains is also consistent with those taken from the Anthony home.

Does this mean these items had been replaced? Sorry if this has already been discussed...I'm working my way through the posts.

Does anyone see any huge bombshellsl in this doc dump? I don't see alot new. We all knew that KC had big problems with her mother and was mentally unstable.. But where is some bombshell evidence that points to her as the murderer. I mean out and out big evidence with her fingerprints etc. Were they on the syringe??? Whats in the syringe? Why is it taking so long for that info to come out? I just don't see any bombshells here. Does anyone else? How come no fingerprint evidence out about the duct tape and yet they say no other family member fingerprints on it? Were there any on it at all?? Any stranger's fingerprints? Again, I just don't see any huge bombshells here. Is this all thats coming out today? I am disappointed.

IMO, the bombshell is that the tape on Caylee matches tape from the Anthony home. I see no fingerprint evidence yet, so I assume it's still forthcoming and there will be tons of it.

page 9, it states when Detectives came to the Anthony home to carry out a search warrant, Cindy and George (plus the Milstead's and Dominic Casey) were at the home. Cindy told the Detectives that she had people search that area where the remains were found and there was nothing there then.

Really don't think LE would have made a point of taking a pic unless for evidence to move forward their case. IMO

That's extremely interesting, in light of the various versions of events we've heard involving DC and his search of the "area."

I've always suspected that they(CA,GA,LA) had some ideas about where Caylee might be ...after all,I think they wanted her found(probably suspecting that she's dead),they just never admitted it in public.Somehow understandable....
