I've always suspected that they(CA,GA,LA) had some ideas about where Caylee might be ...after all,I think they wanted her found(probably suspecting that she's dead),they just never admitted it in public.Somehow understandable....

I've had a nagging thought for awhile... Remember the first time TM came to search and CA insistently dragged him away on a false sighting for a live Caylee? He left the area and went with her. I remember feeling so frustrated that he would waste time and placate her, but he had to because it was so early on. I think this was the day he was near the spot where Caylee was eventually found. I think CA knew very early on where the baby was. IMO.

ETA: I don't recall the exact timeline but maybe TM never got back to that spot because the rains came?

I agree, and I thought I read where the one at the Anthony home was found IN a black bag on top of a shelf in the laundry area of the garage.
Hmmm perhaps hiding it? Is this a replacement laundry bag KC bought at JCPenneys? :waitasec: rot in :behindbar KC.

This famiy was reclusive from what I have noticed. Families with dark hidden secrets do not want others in their space.

I always noticed how MUCH Caylee had & wondered where they got all the $$$ for it since they were (from all accounts) almost broke for years

Seriously, everyone is jumping to the conclusion that the diary is from 2008! That is not fact. Clearly says '03. Maybe this is for a handwriting sample or to show her state of mind from a period of time. LE is taking everything, including old diaries.

She wouldn't have said any of that to LE if she was trying to cover anything up. Everything she said admitted a vulnerability. She wouldn't have done that if she was trying to cover it up. She would have left it all unsaid. I don't see any Anthony cover up evidence in this doc dump. I see Cindy reacting naturally and off the cuff and voicing connections in her head as they popped in.

By saying she had people search the area and the remains were not there then, she is trying to say that they were possibly moved by someone else, IMO. That was my take on it. I really think she had ample time before Dec 20th to check and see if a blanket was missing, and my guess is she knew this for some time before telling LE. I think she told them about the blanket after the remains were found because she knew they might have found the blanket with the remains. My opinion.

Regarding her using the same red pen as was for the date 03 and the June entry, I have a journal that has a pen with it that I have used for years off and on.

Also looks as if the same red pen that wrote the year 03 was the same pen red pen that wrote the entry on the next page. 5 yrs later she happened to write an entry using the same red pen or one similar

I don't recall where Yuri said he found it (will have to go back to look at supp. report) but it's the SAME brand of CLOTH laundry bag..I don't believe many ppl even use them do they?

...a little late for disclosure IMO.

I didn't read that. Where is that found? I thought the shirt, tag and letters were found at the scene.

I just caught the very end of HLN & I believe I heard them say they think the diary entry is from '08..It should be on again soon.
