I dont see any brain surgeons or rocket scientists here, I think we are making a fairly straightforward case complicated. It is frustrating when LE wont release information, even the poor Grandmother of this child isnt getting any. There is a reason. The reason is not that they think some cracked out pedophile is snatching kids, the reason IMO is the perpetrator is right under everyones nose, not in Tennessee or Michigan..

I would like to see a instant reaction from Misty.
Maybe someone could set up and interview, and then all of a sudden have breaking news of something found while she is being interviewed..just to catch her reaction..

Not sure. I don't think they would want them going at each other, but do think they want them all getting along to keep one another talking..KWIM?
I just hope that tent is bugged..honestly, I hope it is! Ron must notice something..He isn't asking the public to not accuse his girlfriend anymore..

Could you imagine what is going on in Misty's house? This cousin Joe must be the son of Mistys Mom (or dads, heck I cant keep up)sister or brother, and now she has implicated, or rather intimated that he could be involved, and "has been a criminal all his life" There must be some burnin up of the phone lines goin on over there! This is Hatfield and McCoy sh*!. Maybe LE has the phones tapped...
Maybe thats why Misty is staying away from Ron
They will need a swat team when this hits the fan, with all of these people in such a small area.....

What happened with the 15 cadavar dogs. We heard about those real early on. Even told us that they were bringing some in fro Georgia. But then, NOTHING. Never even heard they (the dogs) got there. Never seen footage of anyone with a dog.

This is getting weirder and weirder everyday. Maybe they (LE) has stumbled upon a huge "ring" of something - either drugs, children selling, child *advertiser censored*, whatever.

The questions that LE declines to comment on says it all. It's in what's NOT being said that holds the answers. I think they are close to recovering Haleigh. It is maddening that they aren't saying more. Playing their cards close, eh?

I would not be surprised if media is gone next week; the public can't help if LE won't answer questions and the characters involved won't be truthful.

I totally agree with you!! This family is going to get tired of not getting any kind of answers or know what is going on. I can not imagine how the family feels..........sad

I have to admit that yesterday when they arrested 2 RSO's I wondered that. But still...that does not explain the "stories" changing etc.....

I think this is all strange as well. I have an idea. They are having press conference after press conference all the while saying nothing. Some supposed good tips are coming in. Is it possible that LE feels a tipster calling in knows more than they should? Or maybe someone is calling in from somewhere professing their guilt?

All the press conferences reminds me of the Beltway Snipers. And we know they called and harassed the police.

I think we learned a lot from this press conference, such as:

1) We now know that the cousin is identified, his name is Joe and he has been interviewed by the FBI.

2) LE has many deputies and dozens of investigators working the case and will go wherever the evidence leads.

3) Everyone in the family has been interviewed by LE.

4) 2 areas were being searched today.

5) If there is anything that needs to be made public to find Haleigh, LE will inform the media.

6) If there is anything that needs to remain confidential, LE will keep it from the media in the interest of finding Haleigh.

7) LE isn't going to start bashing family members, or embarassing them just to please the media's thirst for some scandal reporting.

So, if you ask me, we have been updated. There are no suspects named, no POI's are named and nothing was found in the searches this morning. They will continue to do whatever it takes to find Haleigh.

What else do we need to know?

I feel LE may have the command center set up with regularly scheduled press conferences to avoid a circus atmosphere at any of the search sites. And lord knows they don't need any family members with anger management issues showing up. They need to do their job and I think LE recognizes there's the potential for explosive emotional outbursts. Remember Ron's angry statements during the 911 call?

Praying Haleigh is found safe and sound.

What bothers me isn't that they won't give information, I guess I can understand that... in a way, I guess... LOL But it's the way they won't give the information. It feels like they're intimating "something", playing games, toying with everyone. If this is strategy to help find Haleigh, ok, I can live with it. There's just something about the way they're going about it that feels "funny". The whole exchange about how many searchers... for crying out loud! Would it hurt to give out simple things like some general facts...

Well I 'm not sure and would have to do some digging but wouldn't that mean that someone is on the run and they don't want to have to deal with jurisdictions. What I don't understand is FBI would not take care of any jurisdictional problems.

Oh, thought does Marshall trump Sheriff?
