Typical Anthony party line... The "Uh" sure was telling, so was the sudden switching to the present tense.
My Response: what about the smell in the car you knew wasn't pizza or dead squirrel? Why then did your mother send DC to the woods?????

Yeah, especially considering how well he was able to describe that smell. The detail he gave of the rot wafting out of that car in his parent's garage was incredible. He was able to make you smell it yourself. And he says that there was NOTHING to indicate Caylee could be dead? I don't get it.

I'll admit, I don't like Lee and really never have so I'm biased. Having said that I thought it was admirable (yesterday) that he was going to go through with the depo. I ***hoped*** that he'd step up, clear the air, tell the truth, and stand up for Caylee. Hope springs eternal, doesn't it? At worst I thought he'd get up there and plead the fifth. Somehow, to me, this was WORSE.

How is it possible for such a poor opinion of someone sink lower? I hate to be UGLY but this family sometimes makes Casey look good!

I have to agree with you, I was holding back opinion on Lee going through with depo today myself. I would have thought more of him pleading the 5th myself.

Do suppose she made the mistake of reading the depo transcript before the show and got to laughing too hard to manage her "stern and outraged, but compassionate" routine?

This whole blaming LE for looking for a dead Caylee thing is just nonsense. There was only ONE Caylee, right?? Then she was always either dead or alive, not both??? Geez, It's like if they could have found the live version first, then everything would have been OK.

I'm actually relieved in a way, though, that the defense is apparently going to be ZFG did it - not just SODDI - because the reasonable doubt for some other dude is more likely than the reasonable doubt of ZFG. There's not enough kool-aid on the planet to sell the nanny story.

I must be remembering things incorrectly.

For some reason I had thought that the timer55 password went into effect around the time that Casey made all the flight arrangements for her friends' trip to Puerto Rico. Counting from the date of those flight reservations to the date of the trip was 55 days, as I recall.

Wasn't there something somewhere that indicated when that new password was used first?

I am loving the whole Timer55 story and ultra-villain ZFG plot. Crikey, what a story. I think we see defense's compelling story in this depo.

Can the prosecutor use LA's depo in the criminal trial? Just to show his inconsistency in what he's said in the past with what he's said today?

Yes, they can impeach his creditability if he lies on the stand at the trial and he's stated something differently while under oath at this deposition.

Did anyone notice LA's eyes moving back and forth when he was answering the question about where KC worked ? He said that he did not know because he did not live at home and KC had been out of high school .....IMO he seemed to be really uncomfortable answering (not) that question....
I also find it VERY difficult to believe that he does NOT know the address of Mallory parents....where she is currently living!!! All A's should be required to hook up to lie detector when they are talking

He never really asks KC why the story change from Sawgrass apts to Plan Charred (lol) park, hmmm, guess this little change of story was no biggie to him.

Since the main thrust of the 'lie' was to not mention ZFG NAME, no less.......this dichotomy in 'stories' doesn't make sense other than she & JB had to make up better lies to match all her behavior during the '31' days.
What I'm wondering is how are they going to show she actually got into her accts to change passwords THEN gave her these 'instructions' where to go.........Movie rental with TL? Target to steal? Bank to steal? Clubs to party? TL's for booty calls?

In my opinion, in case no one else has noticed, Lee is making a MOCKERY of the deposition. He is laughing at the whole thing.

Then, seeing him caterwaul, CMA, CMA, kissing the bracelet, this guy is enough to make me PUKE. In my not-so-humble opinion, LA might be the sickest of the bunch; these people need a dose of reality, like jail time, SOON.
