CA believes ZG (the plaintiff) is not the same ZG who went to the Sawgrass Apts. CA bragging she's done her homework, and KM telling her she knows her dates well. She's claiming she watched KM's interview, she's looked at discovery of Sawgrass guest card and disputing with attorney the name that was on the card.


(It's funny, she remembers dates so well but forgot when she last saw Caylee :waitasec: MOO)

They're showing guest card "C - Zenaida Gonzale" (no Z) on left of screen and another one almost identical with a "Z" added to the last name.

I'm thinking her "homework" was conducted here @ WS!!

"Miss Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez....Miss Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez...You forgot to sign your application"

Wow............the information card shows the signature two different ways, and it looks like the same hand-writing. Zenaida shook her head yes that she signed the card - wouldn't that verify that it was THIS Zenaida at the Sawgrass?

She left the Z off the end of one of her applications and CA says that makes her Gonzall-A not Gonzalez.

I think KC sometimes takes a real name/person, like the real Jeff H and adds a middle name to make them fictitious for her lies. So JH became JMH and ZG that she saw at Sawgrass became ZFG. If you go to JH and ask him about Zanny and Zachary, KC will say no -- it is another JMH.

And what is up with the C part? I remember reading the guest cards a while back but this slipped right passed me I guess.

I agree............I often wonder how GA made it on a police force, as his level of intelligence doesn't seem too high. Cindy just thinks she smart, but she's really no better than George.

George was a deputy sheriff. I think Cain was a deputy sheriff...

ZG did not fill the form out; the worker at the office did. As I understand it, the proper pronunciation sounds like a C or S sound rather than a phonetic Z sound. The worker started out writing it as it sounded. . . then corrected it.

Usually if you go to an apartment complex you fill out a form, then they copy your license if they show you an actual apartment. It's for the protection of the person leasing it. Maybe she got interrupted while filling it out and left of the "z"?? I still don't get why there were 2, unless she looked at those apartments on two different occasions? JMO.

ETA..How do we know that ZG didn't fill out the card?
