While we're waiting for Nancy to get back to this case, I just thought of something about none of Casey's shoes matching the soil where Caylee was found. Anybody else think she probably had on a cheap pair of flip flops that she tossed in the trash?

Or maybe GA's shoes had the dirt

But she's showing more video of the depo and GA arguing with the attorney. And CA carrying on about Zanny's dog.

Mark Williams: Documents released by the state, bullet casing found near where remains were.

Jean Casares: Deputy Cain said he looked in the bag in August and nothing was in it ~ he lied, and was later terminated; in second interview he said he didn't lift up the bag at all. RK said the deputy walked down the embankment and said he saw nothing. RK says he can't be sure though it's the same bag.

CA is desperate. To sit there and claim Caylee talked of Zanny's dog so there must be a Zanny. Not only has she seen everything we have and more but, also the family never really looked for this Zanny or instructed the PI's to.

CA is bare face lying [allegedly] and knows better yet still chooses to pursue this story to save KC.

I could not keep that act up, knowing what everyone knows.

Tip of the iceberg ... in addition to a lying cop .... soil samples taken for 22 pair of shoes doesn't match up with soil from remains site. However they did point out that the plant material testing hasn't come back yet.

Soil samples from over 20 pairs of Casey's shoes cannot be traced to where Caylee was found. Soil in trunk of car and on neighbor's shovel don't match the scene where the remains were found either. Plant material results aren't back yet though.

Nancy asking legal panel if they've seen one case where there was a soil sample match. None have. Gloria Allred: not good for the state, but maybe plant material will match. Soil samples could've changed over time and that could explain why no match.

Leonard: Won't prevent a conviction. Cain was taken to an area about 80 ft. from where the body was found. RK is the one making different statements.

Isn't it possible that the body moved during the flooding?
