Thats what was being discussed (yesterday?) But I haven't seen if Tracy was there or not when Annie was there. Do you know for sure?

Not for sure ,but someone was always with KC at the house that first time she was released.I thought that was part of her bond agreement with LP.
My brain is fried right now .I should probably stop writing since this was already discussed

No--No-----don't quit on me. LOL LP wasn't there at one time she was out of jail. Seems to me that she was out before LP's bunch came down. Don't member anybody there with her the first time. She hadn't been charged with murder the first time she was out?

I'm pretty sure KC was in jail the entire month before LP came.He thought he could get her out and she would help him find Caylee. She was out for only a short time until she was arrested for the theft of AH checks.At that point LP withdrew his bond since KC wasn't cooprating, and she stayed in jail for awhile until someone else guaranteed the bond .This time no one from LP's crew stayed in the house.Then she was arrested after the GJ indicted her for murder.
She was charged with child neglect the first time she was arrested.

Thanks! So, I guess Tracy was there when Annie was there. Maybe that is why she lawyered up. I think anybody involved in this mess should have a lawyer. I would.

2008

July 16: 1st arrest - child neglect, lying
Aug 21: released on bond (via Leonard Padilla)
Aug 29: 2nd arrest - check fraud charges
Sep 5: released on bond
Sep 15: 3rd arrest - check fraud charges
Sep 16: released on bond
Oct 14: 4th arrest - first degree murder

A while back I was curious to see how many days Casey had spent in jail so I looked up the dates, lol.
(FYI the total for 2008 was 121 days plus 145 thru today, May 25th, giving her a grand total of 266 days through this Memorial Day weekend :boohoo: ).

So AD's visit(s) with KC at home were between 8/21 & 8/29, 9/5 & 9/15 and/or 9/16 & 10/14. So her statement about the conversation with KC during her visit with KC at home and KC saying Caylee would be home by her birthday is fictional....or it occured under different circumstances and at a different, earlier time.....which leaves -
1.Before anyone knew Caylee was gone- Did KC have a conversation with AD explaining why she didn't have Caylee with her? Did she tell the "Caylee was taken by the nanny to teach her a lesson" story to AD before CA's 911 call on 7/15?
2. Before KC was arrested- Did AD talk to KC sometime between CA's 911 call on 7/15 & KC's arrest on 7/16? Did she feed the "nanny stole the baby in the park" scenerio to her?- IIRC it wasn't until after KC came up with that script BS that Caylee was to be home by her birthday, as KC's "punishment" would be over then.
3. While KC was in jail- Did AD visit KC in jail between 7/16 & Caylee's birthday? Did AD go see KC in jail before her 8/21 release, but those tapes never released? IIRC, AD was on the jail visitor list, but we never established whether or not she actually visied KC in jail, or got turned away by KC. (I have searched for the link but can't find it, it was posted here somewhere....:waitasec
4. AD was coached on what to say- But by whom? Who would tell AD to get that statement in there- how KC thought Caylee would be back by her birthday? Or is she just parroting stuff she's heard on the news, thinking she heard it from KC? Or did she hear it, but not from KC- maybe CA or GA, while KC was in jail? If she heard it from them-it speaks to the fact that they had heard the BP story from KC while she was in jail, somehow, but didn't tell LE about it.

When did LP & co. pull out of there? Wasn't it after the 9/5 arrest? So Tracey may not have been in the home when AD was there, if it was after LP left .

Well JG seems to be the only one that seems to be on the up and up IMO. He seems to be pretty honest and seemed to really care about Caylee. He didn't have to be supoenaed to talk to LE and he doesn't seem all hostile over the fact that he's been implicated, which pretty much shows me that due to his honesty from the beginning, he definitely isn't involved. I think he's telling the truth when he says that the KC he knew before isn't the KC he sees now. That's just MO.

than once.

And thanks for emphasizing the part about AD excusing her visit as to
talk about her own "issues" (to a released "child neglect" defendant whose
child is still missing)? You're right. Poor judgment.

If she suffers from anxiety or panic disorder, then perhaps we're reading way too much into her behaviour and appearances in the depo.

My BF suffers from bouts of anxiety (PTSD) and at times can come across as "having something to hide", when she is in fact just anxious or edgey.

Just putting it out there ... and feel free to attack the 'straw man' ;-)

I doubt Annie even has a script.You know she was POed about Casey outting her about the drugs.I'd be willing to bet my house(and it's a great house)that Casey is a moron who hangs out with some other morons.

Annie does not know that guy, How would either Annie or I get that information, and no LE did not search the home of Annies parents. Annie and I have both given statements on more than one occasion, and the only relationship I have with Dancers Royale is that I am a patron

OK, I still have the Annie audio interview on my desktop, and they state at the beginning that it is 1-07-2009, so if Dante is being honest, there are at least 2 LE interviews with Annie.
